CRIMSON | Thomas Drake Crimson heard the satisfying squelch of steel and lead against flesh and Acchilleus fell into cover. Given a moment of opportunity, Crimson used it to reload. Having done so, he aimed once more. As long as this bastard didn't have a second secret power of healing there was no way he wasn't surviving those wounds without immediate attention; it wasn't as if Crimson kept his axes clean. Though as Crimson prepared another volley of bullets he couldn't prepare himself for Acchilleus' next move as a large section of Crimson's adversary's own cover rocketed towards him. Sweating, he snapped a seal on both of his pistols reluctantly as they began to hiss with a blue light. Focusing, Crimson battered his triggers to place 50 calculated shots into the stone - it was lime; tough but not that tough. One by one the enhanced bullets weakened the stone before it finally cracked into powder and particulates. The sharper fragments shot past and through Crimson, embedding in his armour, piercing parts of his skin and grazing his face; the dust finding its way into his mouth as he began choking on powdered lime. Coughing up the remains of the dust, his mouth horrifically rough and dry, Crimson braced himself as the brown dust settled. He prepared to aim once more, making the most of his enhanced, last resort mode... but it was too late. Upon pulling the triggers the twin handguns overheated, scolding Crimson's hands while simultaneously giving him a nasty electric shock. Twitching, he instantly dropped the weapons to the floor, them clattering as they impacted the rock as dull, useless shells of his prized pistols. Crimson stretched his hands out to deal with the cramping and pulled out his axes once more. The ground beneath the two of them was now awfully thin after Acchilleus used his abilities to toss most of it Crimson's way as projectiles and to form tall, barriers. "You're running out of ammo," Crimson jeered scornfully over the gunfire.

- ACCHILLEUS -
“I still have just enough to kill you!” declared Acchilleus as he stepped out of his cover, his axes had been unsheathed once more as he knew he was dealing with a powerful opponent. Acchilleus raised two boulders, both of near-equal size from the floor that, truth be told, was only getting thinner and weaker by the moment. He fired both the boulders towards the traitor, glaring wildly at them in hopes that they would finally accept their fate, once and for all.
The pain that had been inflicted, came back stronger than ever, causing Acchilleus to yelp with it as he grabbed at his shoulder, growling slightly as he still managed to look up and see the damage that had been done.

CRIMSON | Thomas Drake Crimson was struck by the hurtling boulders, plain and simple. Wrenched from the ground, he was thrown across the concrete back about a foot. Exasperated and groaning in pain, Crimson took many a shallow breath as he writhed on the floor. Though done feeling sorry for himself and fueled on adrenaline he - without hesitation - prepared to launch himself into an other onslaught on the approaching foe.
COLD STEEL | David Bates 23rd November 2056
Contrasting the howling winds, battering downpour and roaring thunder outside, in The Armoury; in the underground bunker by the docks, it was scarily silent. Dave sat on a comfortable leather chair that he'd had installed down here soon after John was killed. John had always been the more uptight of the two and - optimistically - Dave thought at least he couldn't object to any home comforts in the headquarters. Other heroes outside of Scarlet; in Heartania, Capital City and beyond had little respect for Cold Steel, most seeing the hero only as part of an - albeit effective - double act that ended in 2048, now raising a new brat to 'recapture the glory days'. He was only 49, barely an old crank. Suddenly the alarms flared up red, sirens blaring. An escape on the mountain, both prisons wide open.

- ACCHILLEUS -
Acchilleus stormed over, the rock walls that had been created nearby simply disintegrated into nothing more than chunks of rock, fallen and chipped away, less than what they ever once were, until they wrapped around his fist, clinging to his skin as he clenched them. His mind was satisfied with the image, the traitor, now closer to the edge of the bridge, but unfortunately, not had the gall to fall off, not like the others. Instead, he saw him writhing on the ground and as he got closer, his brows furrowed once more.
The traitor did however, have the gall to even think about getting up, wanting to continue their fight. It was then and there that Acchilleus quickly decided to put an end to things, kicking at the man, aiming right for the stomach as he growled due to his pain, holding him back somewhat from having the full force that he wanted to summon and deal with the foe then and there. Even still, he could only imagine how good it would be, to see him fall to the ground once more.

Before Ripley could respond, Felix vanished. His brain stopped for a second, trying to intake this sudden and confusing information. Where did he go?! Ripley looked around the area quickly, no sight of him anywhere. Shit! Ripley ran to the side of the bridge and leaped.
Usually, he'd fall into the icy water below him, but he didn't. As he started to fall his wings beat heavily against the air, carrying him with the wind. Soon he had reached a higher altitude, flying above the battlefield. Down below he noticed four figures, standing apart from the rest of the battle. Swooping down, he saw a young man bleeding, stopping Felix. Without warning, Ripley plunged in, screaming. Amplifying the sound to the point it'd burst the man's eardrums.

-Joltz- Joltz reached down to give snow a reassuring pat on the shoulder when one of her thoughts popped up 'erm you may want to look at this' it said pointing over at the massive smoke cloud disappearing with a bunch of mice running out of i, Joltz pulled back and started to jump up and down clapping her hand quickly "yay more people to kill!" she said 'are you sure we can take them out?' the thought asked as the other thought popped out and said ' who cares lets just get in there!!', the first thought stopped the other from rushing ahead 'wait i got a better idea, we get in there we can power up to kill more of them' it said pointing at the Citadel -------------------------------------------------- -Wild Card- Wild card turned to see more mice and others heading towards them, looking over at Ms Diamond he asked "Ms Diamond have you ever heard of a drop kick dog?" Ms Diamond looked at him confused "..no?" she said, grabbing one of her grenades from her belt "get ready to kick" he said as he pulled the pin out of grenade and dropped it infront of her, she quickly reacted and kick the grenade towards the mice

CRIMSON | Thomas Drake Just as quickly as the broken Crimson roared back into action he was pummelled back down to the ground by the towering rock-slinger's steel boot. Crunch. Blood dribbled down the corner of his mouth as Crimson's eyes flared with anger, hitting back with even more force to try to unbalance his foe and counteract with his blood-ripened hatchets.
RED WONDER | Tommy Drake 23rd November 2056 Cold Steel and Red Wonder stood panting, licking their wound and wiping the dirt off of their boots as they stood among the many unconscious criminals of the outer of gate of the prison cliff. Dave wiped the blood off of his bladed gauntlets which Tommy collapsed his Bo staff and returned it to his backplate. "Is it over?Tommy asked, exhausted while Dave invited multiple police officers and paramedics to both re-apprehend the convicts and tend to the wardens injured in the escape, "and y'know we really could've saved the trouble of cleaning up after these wardens' laziness if we just made sure they never made it to the courts." Dave looked around, examining their fallen foes and marvelling at their quick response to the prison break, "No, that's not the way we do things. We're heroes, not vigilantes." he smiled to himself in self-satisfaction, "We're not judge, we're not jury, and we certainly aren't executioner. Anyway seems everything is in ord- " Dave's face dropped as he finished his search of the field, happening upon the absence of one particular maniac. "Please," he mumbled, shaken to the core, "Not again."

- ACCHILLEUS -
Acchilleus watched the man get beat down, and grimaced at him when he saw him attempt to get back, stronger and angrier than ever, more effort into his swing and into the damage he wanted to cause for him. He knew it would happen, he knew that the person before him wasn't someone who would go down without a fight. And so he beat him, as he continued to attack, he tried his best to beat him down every time, new scars, cuts and bruises were only added to both their bodies as Acchilleus continued, relying on the rocks that clamoured around his knuckles.

APOLLO | Jay Hearne "From what I can tell; I shoot light arrows and I'm fast, that good enough for you?" Jay responded, watching as the paper tornado roared onwards. Moments passed as he watched Nemesis evaluate the situation. Tired of waiting, he interjected, "I'm sorry but there's no time." he panted as he ran into the fray to fire into the heart of the storm itself, hoping his ally would follow.
CRIMSON | Thomas Drake Down. Down. Down. Down. It was futile. No matter how fast, how strong or how wildly Crimson would attack the man the result was the same; getting pummelled back into the earth, more bones breaking and more blood being brought up. While he connected multiple times with Acchilleus' legs and lower torso the foe seemed up fazed, relentlessly continuing his attack. Regardless, Crimson too but would not relent, continuing to throw himself at Acchilleus with as much strength as he could muster. Down. Down. Down. Down. Time after time, Crimson would attack back, only just getting his footing before being smashed back down. Back and forth, back and forth, back and forth until... Crimson hit the concrete as the ground cracked and cratered along with his bones. He screamed, roared, cried in unrelenting rage though - despite all of his willpower burning strong - simply could not move himself, his limbs numb and unresponsive; his back broken. And over time, screams and roars grew dull, becoming shallow, bloodied breaths; the futility finally visible on his face. It wasn't just his body that was broken.

- ACCHILLEUS -
The traitor was a broken husk, Acchilleus could only glance down at the remains of what or who they once were as he somehow, through luck and power, managed to beat him. He was panting, tired as he felt the rock fists crumble away, pebbles forming underneath him, in case he would need to use them again, after all, they had proven to be effective thus far. Acchilleus stepped closer, glancing down at the man, pity almost seemed to form in him, not the malicious pity that was to be used as a way to hurt someone, to make them feel at the bottom, but an almost genuine empathy. The man before him was clearly skilled, but the wrong situation, the wrong action, could have the worst consequences.
“I figure someone like you would go for the type of death that's a bit more...” Acchilleus' voice trailed off as he picked up one of the hatchets that was used against him, the cause for his deep cuts as he felt their stinging pain ricochet throughout. The hatchet felt weighted in his hand as he toyed around with it, for a few moments, his eyes moving to glance back at the traitor. “Ironic.” Acchilleus finished, and he raised the hatchet in one hand, ready to bring it down on the enemy's neck. "You made the wrong choice."

THE QUEEN OF HEARTS | Alice Drake The clash of steel reverberated as Alice collided with the wasteland warriors. A flurry of blades and bloods dazzled nearby foes, Alice's swords slicing through the flesh of mice and strategically slashing the armour straps of the swordsmen. Though while in her element a bloodcurdling familiar scream violently caught her attention, her brother's. Walking away from her fight she watched as her employer - the same that threatened to out her to her brother - floored Tommy, pummelling him into submission until her brother simply couldn't move. No. This couldn't be happening. She couldn't just let this happen. Then quickly, bad turned to worse as Alice watched Acchilleus lean down over Tommy's still frame to retrieve one of her brother's own axes. As Acchilleus raised the axe into the air Alice began to sprint. Alice didn't care about loyalty to the job; to the contract, She didn't care anymore if she had to reveal herself to her brother as she couldn't let him die. As the axe fell she flourished her twin blades and right as the axes were about to connect Alice leapt into an airborne manoeuvre, delivering a powerful kick to topple her employer, saving her brother before she could thinking about attacking.

- ACCHILLEUS -
Acchilleus wasn't prepared to feel his leg buckle, the hatchet falling from his hand as he fell to the ground, the cold harsh ground in which the snow had begun to melt away from at a quickening rate. The hatchet had flung itself across the ground, scraping by and resting at the very edge, tipping slightly as it almost teased to slip off, to be lost forever. He growled as he looked up to see it was none other than the traitor's sister – he only wondered if the traitor even knew that they had been saved by their own blood. Either way, it wasn't much like it mattered, what did matter was the sword wielding harlot that threatened him right now. He felt the pebbles beneath him crawl over his hands once more, going down his arm as he glared at her.
“I see you chose to join the losing side,” warned Acchilleus as he looked up at her through glaring eyes.

- JONATHAN KRAMER - They kept holding, by god they kept holding. Sweat and rainfall joined the blood on the floor, and with adrenaline pumping through his system Jonathan kept his stand. One slam to a viper there, another slam to another one the other way, they were exhausted but still standing. He was a stupid lunatic, but one that would hold the gates. She came, Jade, and for the first time in what seemed like an eternity they locked eyes. Jonathan breathed heavilly, thinking of something to come out of his mouth. "So..." he was able to muster.
- CLAUDIA KRAMER - She ran towards the low wall and jumped on it. She jumped back off into three mercenaries in a cross-body block. Baton out, swung at all three heads in one swoop. She looked back up, Acchilleus was there, but she could other go for the temporary problem or the more long lasting problem with higher risks. She observed the situation, the woman from the hospital was now fighting her boss, and Crimson had turned on him despite his alignment towards the Ravagers. Something would come to her, for now she focused on helping chipping down the numbers. - ANDRAS MORGAN - They chipped in. The Vipers were getting squashed from two different directions, with Andras contibuting to it through his sheer size and the ability to take damage. The suit was holding on, and his time away from the field didn't hamper what he learned as the Pursuer that much.
There was something coming towards them, before it landed nearby. A grenade.
"GET DOWN!" Andras yelled, before planted his shield to cover the explosive. It went off, and though no one was hurt, the shockwave flew him back towards the outer gate. He rolled, and he landed near the broken doors.
He got up, he looked at his enemies in the distance, before taking back his shield to begin the march again.

CRIMSON | Thomas Drake Crimson watched as his green-clad saviour tackled Acchilleus to the ground, her swords cutting through the air and her ribbon-bound black hair flowing behind her as she moved. Who was she, and why would she try and save him? THE QUEEN OF HEARTS | Alice Drake "I care not for your petty wars, you know whose side I'm on!" Alice hissed, twirling her swords in her hands and then charging Acchilleus to intercept as he gained his footing. The two forces collided, Alice's swords wreaking havoc on the politician. Continually metal could clash with rock as Alice slowly ground her foe down, easily overwhelming him with her sheer speed; Acchilleus unable to keep up to her with his rock-shielded arms. Through force and speed she toppled her foe, then kicking him to the ground square in the face as she brought both swords down on him together to execute him.

- ACCHILLEUS -
Acchilleus was on the wretched ground, the pain had become too much and he was still recovering from the fierce fight he had with the first traitor that tried to cross him. Now his eyes widened, watching the swords come down ready to execute him and so he simply did what his instincts told him to do – and it worked. Both swords were gripped in his hands, inches away from his neck as he saw the struggle on the woman's face to keep pushing, to see his own head fall from his neck. He wasn't having it. He tore the swords from her and watched them fall to the floor, crashing against the hard ground.
He pushed himself up and was launched into an assault, strike after strike, punches mainly, kicks were becoming far too tiring and leaving himself open, only making the pain that spread through his body worse. Acchilleus would admit, at times his opponent seemed to be getting the upper hand, but he knew the result of this chaos as he let earth slam into the woman. The fight would only go on longer, Acchilleus still doing as much damage as he could towards her until she had no other choice to back down. If it wasn't for Acchilleus then it mostly certainly was for Rick and some of the other Vipers who had stayed back, surrounding the two, but he knew where their guns were aimed.
Acchilleus glanced down at the swords, and for the first time, in this long and bloody conflict, he smiled, a genuine smile as he realized what he was about to do – what he could do. As he retrieved the dual swords, both of which were nearby the edge of the bridge, the Vipers followed and with the bullets whizzing by and the other Vipers facing the slaughter, their numbers beginning to turn for the worse, Acchilleus created a circle, a large circle that encompassed the fallen traitor, the concealed Viper, Rick and all the others still aiming their guns at the woman. Acchilleus threw her two swords back to her, standing back as he looked down at the traitor, knowing what to do.
“You told me, just now, you said you didn't care for my petty wars, that I knew what side you were on,” started Acchilleus as he circled the two, relying on the Vipers who were all stoic or at least pretending to be – wondering what Acchilleus had in mind. “Unfortunately, in the heat of this battle-” Bullets that pierced through the rock wall and almost hit a Viper interrupted him. Something within him, a type of delirious rage seemed to build within as he went on and on, his eyes growing darker as the thoughts and guilt of family seemed to be lost on him. “I've been confused, damaged, I don't exactly know what you mean. So, now is your one and only chance to prove your loyalty. I think you chose the right side, but I need you to prove that for me. And there's only way you can do that.” Acchilleus went back to his starting position, gesturing at the first traitor. “Execute him, show me where your loyalty lies or I'll have both of you killed anyway.” Acchilleus saw the exchanged expressions of shock on the face of The Vipers, as if they were disagreeing with this but too scared and shaken to say. He only furrowed his brows. “I've given you the means, now I'm giving you a chance. Show me you chose the right side. Execute him.”
