SpaceManFromMars | May 11 2015 - Bellona Warhammer -
She registered his movements. Ares had grabbed onto the chain of her shield which stopped her from yanking it back. Picking up her sword she dashed towards the warbander. Bellona made sure to swipe at his arm. She knew the main arm which wielded a sword was the right hand so Warbander would be weak with his left compared to his right. - Inferno -
Inferno sat against the wall, She was pissed. Broker dodged everything they flung at her, like he's got some shield of protectiveness around him. She registered that they were now going after the brute. So, she spaced out, dwelling in her mind.

- Snowflake -
The determination in the Pursuer’s eyes increased, causing Snowflake to brace herself when he stepped forwards. She staggered just one step backwards then, in one move, suddenly let the blade slide to the side as she ducked to the other and placed her foot in front of the Pursuer’s ankle, trying to make him trip over the edge of the roof.
- Felix Norwood -
“Sure,” Felix retracted his claws and put pressure on the seeping wound in the Broker’s shoulder, “like anyone would believe the High Chancellor to be a part of a heist at the Capital’s archives, at the same time that he’s holding a fundraiser to rebuild Heartania.” “You’re going into shock. If we’re not there within a minute, we need to stop and switch places.” At the question on his ability to stitch people up, Felix’ face turned to stone. “..the people I've stitched up were dead already.” He hid a wicked smile. "I guess you've got a shot at surviving."

- Starlass -
Starlass descended to the ground, letting Frequency free. She let out an exasperated sigh. "It won't work. If that thing's using any sort of stealth technology from the last fifty years, then your human radar won't pick it up." She buzzed her communicator back in, tuning to Blake. "Knight, come in. Keep an eye out for Reaver's VTOL as you approach the capital. They went full stealth, but they might reappear once they think they're clear." - Sonar -
Sonar felt Frequency's shockwave go out. Of course, 'felt' was an understatement. Unfortunately, that was all he detected. No returning pulses. "You're right. The VTOL's hidden from radar. We're not gonna find it this way." he answered, approaching his allies.
- The Chieftan -
Ares rolled his shoulder in preparation when Bellona looked to attack. She'd have been foolish not to, after all. She had him totally exposed. She lashed at him head-on. No holding back, I see. Damn.He clumsily deflected her blow. This was a bad idea from the start. Moving would slacken the chain and give Bellona a chance to swing it from his grasp, but standing still meant he would lose the ability to match her maneuverability. Stupid. He desperately scanned to street for another opportunity, but found nothing. It looked like he'd have to hope he was ambidextrous enough to hold off her assault.

The sounds of static and mere utterances that attempted to inform Luke was all that he heard for a while, as he turned his focus back on the rooftops. It seemed the Pursuer was still battling another, whereas Felix seemed to be aiding The Broker. Fearing that the underpass was not the right place to go, Luke looked around desperately in sign of something to indicate what the plan was now.

- Bellona Warhammer -
Bellona stepped back before slashing at Ares's chest. He was open, His left hand didn't have as much power as his right. She wanted to win this battle. She wanted to prove to everyone that she wasn't some weak girl, a girl who pretended to wield a sword. She was strong.

- Sin Shaman -
The mayhem from the break-out had been quickly replaced after the new Warden became possessed. Not only did he transform into a hulking brute, but the wayward souls that resented the living were corrupted by these feelings and changed into demons. These amorphous beings were invisible to the normal human eye, and soon started to possess the convicts which had been crudely rounded up into whatever remaining cell blocks there were. Yet an hour went by, and as if hell itself had risen up to the surface of the earth, the prison had become a macabre battlefield of ghouls and their human prey. Commanding over all this terror, occasionally making his rounds with a sadistic and bloodthirsty passion, was the cruel Warden. He had grown to a tremendous size, and his body was currently armored in his reinforced uniform, as well as barbed wire and chain-locks. He wielded what looked to be a burning, savage mace of homemade design that was enchanted with demonic power, and held special effects that were rarely demonstrated to the lesser fiends of the region. Blood smears and wet slicks of scarlet gore covered the already despoiled integrity of the prison's architecture. With the plethora of weapons that remained inside of the reformatory, the possessed convicts had once again overwhelmed the flaming husk of this once great penitentiary. Old gang regions were converted into slaughter pits, and it seemed as if corpses were now the trending decor for this haunted, forsaken crypt of danger. Communication with the outside world was nonexistent, as the possessed convicts had currently seemed to drive whatever survivors remained into permanent hiding. Infuriated with emotional surges of violence and rage, most of the possessed convicts were men who remained burning alive, yet held incredible strength and fortitude due to the demons sustaining and controlling them. As for the guards, they had become a prowling gang of torturers who victimized whoever they could find, cruelly abusing their oppressive powers to proudly pleasure themselves with the suffering of their prey. Sin-Shaman felt the spirits and demons of this cesspit attempt to reach out to her intangible fragment of consciousness, and she soon pulled that piece of her mind back into her head. There was also the existence of the other grim, infested region within the city itself. It seemed as if the City Gardens/Central Park had become a wild, shadowy wooded area of sheer doom and terror. She honed her consciousness onto the area to identify just what was lording over this haunted forest.

- The Broker -
The Broker reacted with a sharp hiss. Felix was doing what he can and it was helping him keep his eye on the road, but the bullet was still inside his body and it was stinging like hell. He chuckled at Felix's observations. "My boy, in the past few days I've been punched in the face, ran over by a car, slashed in the face, blown away by a shockwave, sliced at my sides, hit with an explosion, been thrown, blown up, shot by police, feet crushed, shot by our new friends three times, and now you can count thrown against a wall and shot in the shoulder on top of that." He took a deep breath. "I need to talk to Jason about something. Would be nice if he could work in the Citadel in a supporting capacity." - The Chaser -
Claudia observed the traffic coming on. Seems normal, she kept her ears at Luke's, Jason's, and Felix's communication. He heard Jason heading towards the meet up, but notices Luke had stopped moving. She focused her voice onto Luke's communicator and simply asked "Luke? Is there something wrong? You've been...quiet." Suddenly, she heard a loud bang, then a scream. She looked at the source, then at the location. The VTOL had caught up to Jason and seems to have shot him. "So, I've got your boy. Fancy a negotiation before I paint the ground with his sadly limited brains?" Claudia leaned back for a second, thinking. "What's wrong Claudia?" The voice was familiar, it came from the right of her. She looked and there she was. She sighed. "We're losing someone mother". "And what about Jonathan?" "He should be fine, he has someone keeping him aware." She kept seeing Mrs Kramer since earlier today, provided solitude, something she brought back from the darkness with her. "What would you do if you had to decide between one family and other, two whom you barely know?" Mrs Kramer turned Claudia's face towards herself. "Family is more important to people, do what is best for all parties." She vanished. Claudia took some time to think, before sending an encrypted message to the VTOL. "Felix for our guy. Only offer." She retrieved her destroyed hard drives, and started to adjust them.
- Frequency -
Frequency landed the rooftop under her. "Fantastic, the cowards keep running" she said to herself as she perched on the low wall. Sipping some water to combat the dryish voice. "They have a reason for being here, and from the looks of it they wanted one of those guys from the Archive robbery". She pondered in thought before looking at Starlass. "You have any idea what they would want with a couple of Irish gangsters?"
- Benedict Strahm -
Ragno's smile was uncanny, inhuman, devious, up to something, slimy. Benedict smiled back and sipped some more champagne. "It's her first speech. It'll be something she'll get use to." He pondered in thought for a little bit. Phone call. He answered. He heard. He hung up before smiling. "Seems my second acquisition has gone through." He faced back to Ragno. "I'm focusing my efforts in rebuilding the nightlife here. Bought The Village and now Karma is mine. Gotta rebuild one by one". He faces Mr Ragno a little more. "What business would interest you in this ruined city?"
- The Pursuer -
The female struggled, it was going to be the end for at least one of those murderers. *Bang* *Plink* An unexpected gunshot, back, lower, pain. The Pursuer flinched a little, before the female took the opportunity. She moved to the side as the hulking mass started to descend forward with all his weight. One more opportunity. He used all his remaining energy to throw his blade towards the stuck door. It clashed with the heavy shield, opening it up for the armed officers. The Pursuer breathed at least a sigh of some relief as he plunged to the concrete below. This fall was too long, and it would come to an end.

Luke's eyes widened, threatening to bulge from his skull as he watched as the large man fell from the roof. At this point, things had gotten far too dangerous for him to stay and he pondered an escape route. With no sign of The Broker or Jason anywhere, he figured he would have to make his own way back to the Citadel. He quickly hopped to another roof however, trying to get a better view on the situation associated with the dead man. "I'm fine. Do you know where The Broker is?" Luke asked quickly, feeling the situation further spiralling out of control.

- Felix Norwood -
Felix raised an eyebrow. "You've just been shot and you're thinking about hiring Jason. It's good to see you've still got some priorities." "I can't get the bullet out before we stop," Felix paused and activated comms with Claudia. "Hey, lady! You brought medical supplies, right?" - Snowflake -
The Pursuers impeccable timing had made the door burst open at the exact same time the police officers were about to bring it down, causing several well trained coppers to land in a pile on the roof. Snowflake took the opportunity and grabbed Crimson by the shoulder and ran over to the other side of the roof, closing in and ready to leap onto another rooftop not too far off.

Claudia fiddled with some of the electronics, piecing it together when Luke replied. "Jon is on his way here with Felix." Then Felix came through and she rerouted to a different channel. "Speak of the devil."
Switch flicks. "Right, gentlemen I'm still at the meet up point. Felix, I have some supplies to get that bullet out of Jon, but we're dealing with something worse. Reaver's clowns have taken Jason."
She kept fiddling with the electronics.

ShmuserName | May 13 2015 - Sin Shaman -
Sin-Shaman's fragmented consciousness discovered that the City-Park/Gardens had actually become a slightly sunken valley, which was walled on all four sides with thick, tall red bricks and black-painted, metal, spiked fencing. Even this perimeter was reinforced by thick vegetation which had suddenly overgrown on the rims of the valley's mouth, spreading to the tremendous amount of fencing that enclosed this entire region, which stretched on for a few blocks in all directions. It now seemed like a forbidden, cursed area that even the public did not desire to go near. Given the other important things going on in the city, meager barricades and security checkpoints at the entrances by police were provided, simple groups of a handful of officers and squad-cars. There were other organizations there as well, such as the water-line and park services, all locked out by supernatural forces and nature itself.
The sage canopies of the trees darkened the entire valley, and Sin-Shaman noticed where the earth had besmirched the asphalt or concrete pathways and buildings within this region. Almost everything had fallen inwards to form a perfect cauldron. This valley now held brush and woods that seemed to be enriched with darkness, shadow, and vile creatures that she could only sense. The wild animals of this area were possessed now, and given how the entire region had been closed due to the riots and convict invasion from earlier, there was little to no human presence, unlike the prison. However, Sin-Shaman could sense a few people located within this area, they were not possessed yet were not also gathering spirits to themselves either. The convicts that had rushed here to hide from the police had also had a field day slaughtering whatever civilians they could. The riots had also passed through this region when the police were defeating and arresting the disorderly down with a swift, massive charge and sweep over a great number of city blocks. Thus, the amount of souls tortured by their emotions and earthly feelings remained, haunting this region. How did the area collapse though, Sin-Shaman could not identify.
The entire water attraction portion of this park and gardens now seemed desolate and empty, but Sin-Shaman could sense the demon presence there. As for whoever lorded over this region, she could only feel the faint essence of a powerful demon from this water region, which was peculiar. The woods held dangerous possessed wild animals, Heartania boasted a considerable haven for wild animals, and given how the zoo located within this area had also been over-run, there must have been much more fearsome possessed beasts prowling the entire zone.

"Where's Jason? And both Felix and Broker are at the highway underpass?" Luke asked, as he ducked down, feeling his skin pressed against the chest-high cold concrete wall that provided some cover. He peered over, watching the police force spread out on the roof, and another jumping from another roof to another, not paying attention if they were coming closer. The water was weakest, on the verge of simply smacking the ground due to his nerves and even when he tried to perceive everything, far too many thoughts ran through his mind to focus upon. He just needed to get out.

Reaver's shook her head.
"I don't talk to second-place siblings, dear. I negotiate with your boss, and him alone." She responded with a curt message. "You have ten seconds to get him talking to me, or I cut a finger off. Every ten seconds after, he loses another? Clear? Good." She raised her sword. "10... 9.... 8...."

Claudia kept working, before hearing a motorbike pull up. "Yeah, he's here Luke." The Broker pulled up with Felix before hopping off the bike, seething his way towards Claudia, who prepared medical supplies. She got to work on his back. "Please tell me you brought morphine?" "Nope, just medical alcohol. Enough to get you by before we get back to the Citadel." She started fishing for the bullet, adding painkillers to deal with the horrific pain. The Broker laughed a little at Felix. "Best to see the bright side of things, twas what my shrink said." Lightbulb. "Speak of the devil where is he?" "Luke is on his way, all ok. As for Jason....he's.....with Reaver." The Broker stopped Claudia before turning around. "You mean they got Jason? Or did he join them?" "Judging from the gunshot and screams of pain, he's captured, and they want to bargain." The Broker sighed and thought as to why Jason split up from Luke. No matter, he had family issues to deal with. He looked up at Felix a little before the van received a message. He grabbed a communication and started talking. "Why do you want the boy?" - Shadow Fixer -
Cooper circled Daniel with Sla' and Alf behind him. He loaded the rifle with the explosive round, an idea. He fired behind him, and the explosion slightly caught the back of the blackness. Daniel flinched a little.
Bingo
He looked at the two and simply said "We separate Daniel from the Marshals creation, then we purge this thing."

Arbor117 | May 14 2015 - Reaver -
Reaver laughed. It was the laugh of the damned, the deranged, the deadly.
"Felix is for Snow. My own shits given are very limited." She declared, spinning the sword causally. "But I help my own. And more importantly, I want revenge. You see, dear Broker, you challenged me last night. You put yourself in my path, and presumed you could outmatch me. And for a time, you were ahead." That was acompanied by smirk. "But no more. You have mocked me, fought me and believed you would survive untouched. That is not true, my old friend. Because if I can't touch you, I can make your friends suffer." She held the cruel blade the Jason's neck. He was breathing heavily, panic and pain filling his very being.
"Does he have family, Broker? Do people love him? Will they miss him? When he's gone, will tears stain his grave? How will you deal with the guilt, I wonder? If I strike him down, it will be because you let him die. Because you can save him." Her sneer was terrible. It was that of a monster who had finally found its prey. "First, give us the boy. Then, I want you to take off your mask and reveal yourself as a criminal to everyone. Your citadel will be discredited, led by a corrupt man who attacked his own leaders. Your annoying sister can join you in that regard. And once you're packed off to prison, this delightful young man will return to those who love him in one piece."
"So what do you say, Broker? Will you capitulate? Or will you let this man die to protect you?" One final cackle. "You should have known better than to fuck with me. People die when you do."
