- Hunter -
"I think everyone has faced enough consequences after it," replied Luke. "Reaver or whoever started this whole thing for what The Broker did- It could have affected us all. We were almost killed. Jason is now a hostage. Your friend was shot." Luke listed all the consequences of what happened, but made sure to not involve Lilly. He couldn't bear to think of how destroyed she would be if the Citadel failed. If the city was never reformed or it's reformation was hampered and Luke could never live his normal life with Lilly. The thought made him sick.

- The Chaser -
Claudia looked at Crimson before calling out "Wouldn't you want to take revenge for someone who ki-- oh wait. You already have. I'm pretty the horror at seeing a sibling die at the hands of criminals is, itself, mentally taxing." She looked at Snowflake. "In a way, Snowflake and Pain are alike. Off on murderous rampages and killing what was left of our respective families, only I had the benefit of my brother having a friend of a friend who could pull me out of the darkness." She slowly walked up to Crimson. "And judging from your words, you told Reaver and her band that we were up to something, since we offered you a place on this operation, and thanks to you the whole city was put in jeopardy. You want to know why we were at that vault? Because Argent's image was in danger of being stained, in danger of compromising the Tower's trust, in danger of completely breaking down the city." Her tone got louder. "And do you want to know why Felix came with us? It was because he wanted to, he wanted to be a hero. Wasn't that your goal?" The greyscale came back. "I think your taking it too far." "How?" Claudia replied to her mother. "He was responsible for the whole thing being out of control. He questioned the legitimac--" "We have all made mistakes, some of us are lucky, but you can't harp on the past". The colour came back and Claudia blinked a couple of times, snapping herself out of her mood as Luke answered. She looked at Luke, before looking at Crimson. She darted over to a nearby locker and took out some gear. Suit with a welder, adrenaline, grappling hook, candy, and the arm shield she designed. He looked back at Crimson and proclaimed. "I'm going to get our younger brothers back...and you're coming with me."
- The Broker -
The mercenaries aimed towards him, enough time for Broker to proclaim "Oh bloody hell", before using Claudia's shield again, the bullets either hit the shield, his helmet, or headed towards the chopper. Just as he was picking up speed a bullet managed to hit his right hand and he let go in pain, darting towards Nariko with a breakneck speed. - Frequency -
Frequency quickly travelled across the floor with her continuous strumming, enough to dodge the scyth. She stood back up and simply laughed. "Oh you mysterious fool. Do you honestly think that--" She saw small strands of her hair float down, trimmed from the swinging of the weapon. The blood was boiling, her hair was perfectly constructed, and someone had ruined it. Her eyes fixated on the individual, and she yelped out a quick, high pitched tone to shatter the remaining glass, and a high pitched solo on the guitar made the small shards start to fire towards the individual quickly. - Shadow Fixer -
The flurry of blows came towards Cooper and he started to dodge. Her methods were getting predictable, and Cooper's successes were only riling her up. She had a single target, Cooper, the entertaining spectacle that made her journey worth it. The two already had close encounters, and it ended up boiling the pot to both their entertainments and chagrin. The fight was more personal to Cooper, she attacked and killed several medical workers, the only aspect of life he has the upmost respect for, and Reaver stained it with her filth. Her legs, her legs were free, and after dealing another defensive blow he proceeded to strike a powerful slash across Reaver's thighs.

- Hunter -
"Wait what-" Luke tried to stand up, his focus shifted, his eyes darting to Claudia but instead as he sat up through felt a surging pain from his shoulder causing him to yelp and sit back down. "Claudia, you can't go back out there." Luke was starting to think of Claudia as naive. He noticed some antiseptic and began to apply it to a bandage with one hand at a time, slowly and meticulously. As he finished he began to apply the damp bandage to his wound, letting the droplets seep into his wound, bringing about a stinging pain. As he finished wiping both holes, he began to reach for the bandages. "I know what this guy has done is bad, but you can't risk your life like that."

- Crimson -
"You're right." Crimson said unexpectedly, beginning just as Luke finished his sentence and with audible sorrow and numbness "Watching what's left of your family being murdered is definitely 'taxing'. Jonathan Kramer's lucky. He got what he lost back after grieving for... what? Twenty minutes? I'm not saying that Snow is a good person, but she was just doing her job. Pain... did what he did because he wanted to, because it would be fun, and even then I gave him a quick death. I stayed away from his family when I wanted revenge."

- The Adamant Tyrant -
Nariko grinned as the Broker came towards her. On his own, he was hardly a challenge for her. She braced herself and, at the final second before he hit her, drove her burly shoulder forwards into a brutal impact to his chest, aiming to halt his movement with her solid strength. - Reaver -
Reaver slid backwards, barely getting out of the way of the swing. She had none of Cooper's toughness- for her one good hit could end it. Whereas he could take hit after hit and keep going, she was entirely reliant on her reflexes to fight him. Luckily, they had yet to really let her down. As Cooper finished his mighty swing for he legs, she let out a banshee cry and hacked into his now open shoulder. The mercs held their defensive positions, but six advanced. They closed with their commander and the Broker, and readied themselves to provide aid. The remaining men held the line, and prepared for whatever the assembled heroes decided to throw at them. No one was getting past them without a serious fight.

- Hunter -
Luke began to wrap the bandage around his shoulder, managing to finally patch up his persistently painful wound. As he did so, he kept giving second glances to Crimson, as he spoke. "Just because they were doing their job, doesn't mean their actions were right," Luke explained. "Especially if your job involves bringing pain onto other people. Invalidating grief isn't exactly your best approach either." Luke reached for the antiseptic again, getting ready to dampen some more bandages.

- Gamble Candice -
The glass didn't hurt Gamble. Since she will still dressed as a merc, she was still wearing her combat armour so they glass just hit off her like it was nothing. She was still wearing the helmet that went with it but some of the small shards cut her bit they weren't deep and only stung a little. She took a deep breath, examining her opponent. She was angry, and Gamble could tell. Exhaling out Gamble moved forward going for an upwards slash. Her main priority was getting rid of her weapon, that stupid guitar. And since it was only made of wood, it would cut easily.

- Crimson -
"Well I'm not changing your mind, so I'll stop bothering." Crimson explained, "My point is: I'm not losing any sleep." "Now," he said, drawing a pistol and cocking it, "What's the plan?" - The Knight -
As Nariko readied her shoulder to strike The Broker, she anticipated the attack with clearly too much dedicated. As such, The Knight was more than capable of making his move. Emerging from the smoke just right of her, Blake sailed - airborne - through the air towards the charging Broker. He tackled The Broker, heaving him onto his shoulder as he flew past and into the air, carrying Nariko's target. "Too slow!" Blake joked.

- The Chaser -
Claudia nodded as she pulled out a rifle. "First we get Jason out and down here. Reaver wouldn't want Snow knocking on her front door if Felix lost even a hair. From the cuff's he's wearing they'd need to be weakened, hence the blow torch. We'd need to awaken him so the adrenaline should do the job just fine. We'll grapple Felix out and give him some candy and I'll get Jonathan out of there. Once we're all on the train we depart for the city immediately, no turning back." She loaded the rifle before looking at Luke. She crossed over to him and said "I know you're angry, but for the sake of everyone's lives, please don't do anything to Snow?" She looked at him a few more times before kissing his forehead and tapped his arm. "Let's go", she told Crimson, and proceeded to head back up the stairs.
- The Knight -
The Knight caught Broker, though not before giving him some pain. His ribs started to hurt and the impact wasn't good for his head. Felt like a whiplash, though without the inability to move his neck. He readied himself off Knight and looked at the hero. "Well...one hell of a way to meet back up." He turned to Nariko, seething with hatred, the denial to deliver some pain, or even the final blow to end his life. After all, he socked three high powered bullets from her and he was still standing. He spotted Felix, lying down, blacked out and cuffed. He focused back at Nariko. "I think you should handle this one" he told Knight, before making a break in the opposite direction of Felix, though further inside the VTOL.
- Frequency -
Frequency strummed again to dodge the blade, though it did scratch the head of her electric guitar. "You want power, I'll show you the power of music." She started slow and low, before getting progressively faster and higher, and higher, and higher. Bits of the stadium broke off, twisted into a sharp spear, and fired itself towards the scythe wielding figure.
- Shadow Fixer -
One target, that's all she has. She must've picked up the 15% damage she dealt, but het attacked just became more predictable. Just hacking like an insane person, just doing the same thing over and over hoping for the same results, though his cybernetics were rebooting and allowing him to strengthen himself. 4 units were remaining, might as well use one. He defensively struck her blade to the side, before boosting the strength of his left arm to deliver a sock to Reaver's jaw with great speed.

Luke glared at Claudia on the way out, feeling too much in pain to bother getting rid of her. and looked down on the unconscious Snow. He began to apply bandages so that they were wrapped around his lower torso completely, due to the majority of cuts with only some disinfectant beginning to be used on the wounds on his back and chest. "Glad nothing got lodged in there," Luke muttered to himself as he watched Claudia go. Even if she's nice, she almost got me killed. I just hope to get back to Lilly soon. She must be worrying like all hell. I wonder how the fundraiser went. He mused over his thoughts as he continued to patch himself up, his gun now on the table beside him with his bottle of water and other medical supplies left by Claudia.

- Nimbus -
Evander had noticed that the bridge in the distance had been blown up, and there were already boats from the public works department cleaning things up, as well as those volunteered by citizens who owned watercraft capable of helping clear the rubble in the water. It was a pleasant, although somber sight. People were coming together to patch up whatever they could that the chaos from earlier had left. Evander was starving, and his costume was completely ruined. The ring on his back was smashed and destroyed, his outfit was smeared with stains and had slits and tears all over the place, exposing the skin beneath. His helmet's visor/goggle lenses were cracked, and he he was damp and heavy from all the water drenched into his costume. "I really need to get this fixed up." Evander shot up into the air and headed back to the city. The technology and glass of his back-ring and lenses, the lights on his ears, and the materials for his costume were all back at his apartment. He had paperwork to file, and a phone call to be made to his boss on top of fixing his costume. Not to mention he had missed watching his shows, he'd need to catch up on that. As for exercise, well he had one enough physical activity these past days...from fighting convicts to fighting whatever those creatures were in the Sewers. "OH. I FORGOT." Evander would need to report those things to the proper authorities. He also wondered what the pipe system for the sewers would be like near to where Argent Mind had been found. All those monsters and Morphs, they had devastated the subterranean levels. Whoever was in charge of cleaning that up would have a difficult job. Evander decided to pay the area a visit, as the threat of these monsters and whatever abomination that had been destroying entire buildings was still present. Informing Blacklist of all this information would be a good start once he got home. Evander sighed as he soared through the sky, flying back towards Midtown Heartania, and he then said, Too much to do.
- Sin Shaman -
Sin-Shaman pondered, opening her eyes and placing her feet back onto the floor of the balcony. The woman clutched her staff tightly and approached the edge of this massive outlook. She stared over to Heartania, judging where the Central Park and Gardens would be. There was also the threat of the prison, and if you let evil fester then it would only grow in size. Sin-Shaman was a thief, but she wasn't a worshiper of the demonic. It would be for her own benefit to eliminate the Warden of that ruined, flaming, bloody prison. As for the Central Park and Gardens, whoever was lording that violent forest and watery pit was still hidden from view, a more subtle evil that was wise enough not to show itself, perhaps because it was not strong enough to be as bold as the Warden? All of these thoughts were complex, and the sorceress was still in need of information. In order to get the tomes she'd require, she'd need to buy them from her sources. That would require currency though, and what better thing to steal (and keep the spoils for yourself) than jewelry? The trove of jewelry Sin-Shaman kept in her stash was always thirsty for more to be added to the collection. It would be good for the Imps to stretch their legs out as well. Sin-Shaman touched her chest and slid her finger-tips down to her naval. The smooth, olive skin around her dark-skinned scar suddenly felt a stabbing pain that came and went quickly. Sin-Shaman looked down to her legs and shook her head. She had sacrificed so much (most of her legs, if you didn't realize what I was talking about) for this ugliness (spoilers, the scar actually makes her look sexier), all to have a magic that she would never want to use. She dreaded to use her soul magic. It was pure power and uncontrollable. Even more dreadful were the memories that rushed back to her mind with the pain.

- Starlass -
The crescent of flame was a lot larger than the shots Inferno had been throwing so far, and it took a serious dive from Starlass to dodge it. She hovered a few feet above the ground, and without skipping a beat kicked the soil to leap aside, avoiding the secondary fireballs. She pulled her arms back, gathering light in a ball in front of her, then threw it forward as a white-hot beam at Inferno. Dodge that one.- Sonar -
Sonar squatted low against the wall of the VTOL. Luckily, everybody was a little pre-occupied to have noticed him yet. A pack of mercs had their backs to him, firing off at the heroes around the stadium. He snuck up behind them, and quickly slapped his hands onto the sides of one's helmet. Vibrations shot through the electronics, sending a blast of static noise through the mercenaries' radio signal.
- The Eye -
The Eye, realising that this patriotic moron wasn't taking any notice of him whatsoever, grew bored and portal-ed out of the Apache, up to another perch not being blocked by some fool and his helicopter. Luckily, the fight was still raging - he hadn't missed it. He could barely see if not for the regular flashes of light blasting out from a duel somewhere separate from the rest. Superpowers being thrown back and forth like cars in a cyclone. How utterly uninteresting. Let the show go on. Maybe someone here will impress me.

- Hammerfist -
The merc hit by Sonar fell forwards, clutching his head in agony. His brethren reacted in a more aggressive manner, three instantly firing on him at point blank range while the fourth aimed his gun and Jason and readied himself to finish the boy off. - The Adamant Tyrant -
Nariko raised the shotgun and emptied both barrels at Knight, unleashing the full force of the hyper armour-piercing shots. It was her last chance to stop him- otherwise, it was pretty clear he was invincible. The shots would break a tanks shell, and she hoped, but wasn't in any way sure, that they'd be enough. The mercs saw the Broker approaching, and once again tried in earnest to take him apart. All thirty of the ammased soldiers directed their fire on him, including two who raised grenade launchers and popped a couple of explosives in the direction of the man who had decided to charge them on his own. If he made it through this still running, it was pretty clear some greater force was protecting him. - Shadow Fixer -
Cooper's fist grazed Reaver's cheek as she barely got out of the way. The impact could've snapped her neck, but instead it simply took a thin layer of skin with it. Her response was quick- a pair of quick, well placed swings, both at the head, before a thust was delivered towards Cooper's heart. The game was over. It was time to put him down.

A sigh of relief escaped Luke's lips as he finally managed to finish bandaging his wounds, and already felt the pain that coursed through his body began to almost evaporate into thin air. However he still grabbed his head as he suffered through his menacing migraine. It felt as if his brain was thumping due to the pain. God damn helicopter. Who was that anyway? Luke stood up, holstering his pistol as he put it on safety and stepped towards Snow, looking down on them. I could just kill them. Kill them right now. But I know I shouldn't. Luke did feel the urge, but he knew Snow had Felix. Imagine if it was Lilly and someone else was here. Luke told himself and sighed in frustration; whether it be due to his inability to kill Snowflake or something else, he simply began searching for some food and water.

The Harvester rolled his eyes. Didn't I explain this already?"I told you," he grunted, pulling his scarf right down around his chin, "I am equipped to deal with certain people your Chancellor will need dealt with. I'm simply looking for work, and this seemed as good a place as any to start." He stood up, unable to sit still for long. Something about it place.... disturbs me. I need some rest."It's late... if it's not too much to ask, is there any accommodation here? I am willing to pay for any room." - Compound -
Edison stumbled out of the elevator, entering the lobby out the front of Dominic Elliot's office. Just the man I wanted to see. "Doctor Elliot," he muttered, then caught himself as he spotted Sarah here also, "sorry, Doctors Elliot... I need your expertise. I- nnh" he struggled to speak, his head still spinning a little, "I went too far. Do you ha-have a bed free?"
