Inferno chuckled, "Oh Snowy, is someone a little upset that their little lover boy died? Or should I say for you, 'Gone missing'?" She didn't let up her tone; Snow was rather pathetic about Crimsons death, denying it so vehemently. Leaning back in her chair she placed her hands behind her head, staring at the ceiling.

-Wild Card- The car shot down the runway as Wild card was still holding on to Ms Diamond suddenly blue and red lights started to flash from back of them, hearing the sirens Wild card didn’t bother to turn back as he knew who was after them "quick pass me your phone" Wild card said as Lutte vic reached into his pocket and passed him the phone, putting Ms Diamond to one side he started to type out a message, before he sent it he looked out at his surroundings seeing a few buildings he recognised he knew where they were going, sending the text he put the phone in his pocket "take us to the parking complex next turn on the left" he shouted and pointed in the direction as Lutte vic was ready to turn "what about phone?" Lutte Vic asked "don’t worry you'll get it back once your back at the casino" Wild card said. As the car made its turn the police behind them also did as they drove up complex they got to the third floor "alright slow down for a moment" Wild card said as they got close to some cars, opening the door once they were nearing a gap Wild card jumped out and grabbed Ms Diamond and pulled her out of the car, before he shut the door he said to Lutte vic "lose the cops and get back to the casino as fast as you can, dich the car if you need to, but not here" Lutte vic nodded as he revved the engine alerting the cops of his where abouts, picking Ms Diamond up Wild card hid around the other side of a parked car the cop car drove at a great speed and went back down to the lower levels to give chase on Lutte vic, once the cars were out of the complex Wild card heard the police helicopter follow them standing back up he started to walk towards the stairs and headed for the roof

~ Snowflake ~ Snowflake glared at Inferno, still keeping her cool as she got angrier. If she wanted to poke a sleeping bear, Snowflake would gladly give her what was coming for her. It was still too early to start a fight, so Snowflake kept to insults instead of icicles. “Well he is, just like you’ll be if you keep on yapping like a flea infested street dog.” She ate a spoonful of her cereal and she started to emanate a threatening aura while the room got noticeably chillier. “He’s done this before, and he knows exactly what to do to cover his tracks. If he wanted to throw me off this is what he would do; we even talked back at Acchilleus’ camp before the battle. The bloody coward couldn’t even..” She grumbled quietly, as she remembered the fact she never told the others about their meeting and its outcome; he had rejected her, talking about how everything would end in cold blood because she didn't care, because she used him. Damn, now she was persistent on finding him and proving him wrong before she killed him for doing this to her.

CLAUDIA KRAMER She took another bite as the news continued to settle in. She'd have to present herself soon to the public, least the entity could do was give a statement on the chaos, and it would ensure the Safe Zone stayed dead. She'd be knocking down their walls later today, but for now they had to talk. She took another bite, took another breath, kept on eating. And the Mira happened and she stopped eating. She took a moment to think about the woman that was lax in her information, yet was arguably the one who ensured it's success, but with that success came death, and with death came misery. She took a deep breath and simply told Mira, "Please sit down", before pointing towards the bench opposite her.

- THE QUEEN OF ROSES -
The thoughts trickled through Mira's mind like the raindrops she had watched drip down the windows during the many days she almost came to regret their plan, during those harsh couple of months after she was found out. It took Seth's comfort to guide her through most of those days, but even still now having the freedom to walk away from it all was liberating, entrancing almost, as if her own body and mind willed her away to the winds outside once again, but another thought trickled through, almost as if it were an anomaly, a flame to dance upon the same window as raindrops, that extinguished the rain and ravaged the window, like her thoughts, with fire. Mira stopped for a moment, amusing herself before she turned on her heels and began walking back, she instead stood near the bench.
“I'm perfectly fine with standing,” replied Mira, glancing down at Claudia who had called her, the same pity still continued to stir within her as she gripped one end of the bench, waiting, and watching the woman. After a few moments, she raised her eyebrows, the flames were trickling away. “What is it?” She added bluntly.

GRACE SCOTT | STARLASS Heartania | The Tower 2nd December 2063 | Morning There is was. The big question. Grace had found it difficult (even almost impossible) to face up to it over the last two months, but now, after a period of reflection, she was ready. "I never should have left," her words were as genuine as they were emotionally-charged. Her head wasn't in the right place back then, thanks to the Marshal, and coupling that with the Broker's kidnapping of her parents, and she soon became a person she wasn't proud of. She coughed awkwardly, and returned to business, "it will be difficult, but I think I have a plan... Speaking of which, you haven't seen Knight around have you? I need to speak with him." LENA GARDNER | LEVIATHAN Heartania | City Centre 2nd December 2063 | Morning The lazy, early morning traffic - made even sparser from the aftermath of the previous night's brawl - was interrupted by the sounds of a roaring engine, shaking up the established order. From the open, straight main roads, an appropriately helmeted individual guided their bike through the ways at a speed that could only be described as illegal. Her pony-tailed brown and blonde hair fluttered in the wind, though eventually slowing as the bike came to a halt outside a tall apartment complex. Unlike her previous ride, she cautiously guided the bike into the complex's garage; where she then removed her helmet to reveal a well rounded face, with vibrant orangey brown eyes. With the helmet under her arm, she confidently walked from the garage into the main foyer of the building, that was decorated with sharp modern features. The woman feigned an impressed expression, but she was focused on only one thing. Approaching what she assumed to be a main desk, she was met with an older gentleman; oddly dressed in accordance with the latest fashion, and from the looks of his face: lost in another world. Nothing a nice clearing of the throat can't solve. The over exaggerated cough snapped the man back into action, as he quickly looked up to her expectant smirk. "Oh, sorry, I didn't see you there! This old body doesn't have quite as much energy as any young go-getter this city seems to pour out 24/7, but that's beside the point. How can I help you?" She didn't answer immediately; simply folding her arms with her unmoving smirk. The old coot has barely been awake a minute and he could probably talk for a century."Actually, you can. I purchased an apartment online a couple of days ago. I'm here for the key, Her voice was eloquent, and quite clearly posh, though there was a slight twang of something more savvy. "Oh right, of course. Let me just have a look here... Can you give me the number you booked?" "55." "Fantastic ok: now your mother's maiden name?" "Esmerelle." "And just to finish up, your own name, please." "Lena Gardner." With a final smile from the man, Lena now had her apartment key, and was ready to get to work. I think I'm gonna like it here.

-Long Jian- Long was sat on a top of a tall building meditating and thinking of the fight he had with the Knight and the man with the staff, all he thought was better was he could have beaten him and how close he was to taking the sword before it turned to a knight, opening his eyes he looked down at the ground and saw the snow that had finished settling from the night before, jumping down he dug his claws into the wall as he descended to slow him down from what he could see there was no one out at this hour, as he got closer to the floor he saw a few people out and about but having no time to hide he let go of the wall and plunged his claw into the snow underneath him, a few of the people turned to him Long said nothing and simply stared back at them, standing up straight and pulling his claw out of the snow he turned away and started to walk away but before he went he looked up at the sign above the gate 'Safe Zone' it read not knowing where he was he needed to leave here as soon as he could

Having slunk past the tents situated on the road before the bridge, Alex Richardson walked a lonely path to seemingly nowhere as he followed the faultline between land and water. Traffic began to stir in the distance, understandably thinned from whatever conflict happened last night. Alex had heard the screeching fusillades and salvos the night before, though couldn't bring himself to expose himself. He had been in Heartania long enough, though couldn't bare to come out of his hiding place and face the harsh reality which he knew would come. He had a pleasant view of the Citadel as he took a breath of the crisp, chill air and threw himself off the edge of the fault. Anybody around would have expected a pandemonium of bone smashing upon rock, or perhaps a piercing splash, though no such sounds came, as Alex had clung to the cliffside with his prosthetic. As it was entirely artificial, it could lift and hold a much greater weight that the limb that was once there. The fingers dug harshly into the rock like pitons, leaving a trail of scratches on where he had been. He transversed across the rock a while, but upon reaching a certain point, the rock next to him began to dissipate and vanish with a trail of blue light. This left a small, man sized gap in the fault which Alex effortlessly swung into before the orifice. He landed swiftly and comfortably onto a flat, concrete floor as the light shaft closed behind him, the holographic rock appearing back into it's allocated place. For a short second, there was no sound. No light. Nothing. *
SYSTEM CEASE. LOCKDOWN. *
-- Scan complete. Access granted. The bright screen flashed the familiar text upon it's face. With a whir, the other systems activated as the defensive guns retreated into the cieling. High power lighting illuminated areas of interest in the hideaway: a plethora of monitors and computers, a workbench piled with schematics and tools and exposed wiring harshly forced into the walls to connect to the city electrical grid. The screen which displayed the message cut into an OS startup displaying various programs to fiddle with. Pulling up a wheely chair to the screen, Alex sat down and manipulated the interface with gestures, sending a signal to friendly allies. One went to the last contact Alex had of Lilly Jones and one to her brother. He didn't have the chance to properly introduce himself before he left, but he felt acquainted with him enough to trust he was a good force. Another went to The Tower. He remembered Starlass had granted him limited access to it, but it would be entirely understandable for the systems to have been changed since his last appearance, especially after last night's commotion. None went to the Citadel. As wise as it would have been, Alex could not put enough trust in The Broker or the rest of his accomplices with a notice of his presence. The signals weren't strong but they would do the job without being intercepted. Thankfully all the inventing had paid off. One day he could sell his work for a fortune, but not today. He felt determined to not sit on the fence this time around. He wanted to make a change. Nothing else would do.

L had built up enough energy to stumble out into the living room. It was strange to see a small bouncing figure rifling through the kitchen cupboards. There was some non perishable food there for appearances sake and plenty of the sharper cutlery options but it felt slightly wrong.
She didn't say anything just hovering there watching her friend with slow eyes. She wanted Kay like an overgrown safety blanket, they knew so much more, they could make this right again. Yet another thought pointed out that Kay had taught them to be independent which meant they should probably deal with this alone.

"How is the most gorgeous woman in the building today?" Haley asked politely as she entered the production assistants door. Donna was late middle aged and showing more than a few cracks of ill health from a busy job and busy family at home. She was competent hard working and what she secretly desired deeply was to be seen as a strong beautiful woman. Haley was only too happy to oblige in her small way, every day she was in she visited with a compliment even when she had no need to see Donna.
"You are a cruel tease. Though i'm as fine as I ever am." Donna laughed companionably as she shuffled through a bunch of paperwork. "Do you need anything honey?"
Her eyes lit on Haley with the small hunger of someone lacking attention. Haley smiled shyly hiding the satisfaction as she fed a little on another's hunger.
"Sadly this is a flying visit. I need the guest roster for the floor, apologies for interrupting your busy schedule."
The flow of food slowed but didn't stop.
"Of course." Donna sighed fishing out a list and handing it over. Haley grabbed her gaze her tone conspiratorial.
"But later you need to tell me all about the photo shoot you booked and what your husband thought of the pictures."
Donna gave a wicked smirk and wink before shoving Haley out of the door. No chance of going hungry today it seemed as Haley jogged back to the Assistant Director.

>> SONAR << Johnny wandered outside, stretching his legs over the Citadel helipad. The dawn air bit at his bandaged shoulder, but painkillers had numbed his wounds enough that he barely felt the chill. Whatever it was he had done to his back was still stinging every now and then; the medical staff said it wasn't serious, so that was a relief, but the pain told his it definitely wasn't an ordinary wound. On top of that, the Harvester had reopened his gunshot wound from the stadium, leaving his left arm once again incapacitated. As he looked around, biting his lip in boredom, he spotted a figure sitting on the edge of the pad, breathing heavily to themselves. Cracking half a fake smile, he made his way over at sat down beside them. "Nice morning, huh Nat?" he forced out a humourous tone, even though he knew neither of them felt like joking right now, "Do you think nature knows it's mocking us?"

Emma Fitzgerald Emma shuffled in her pink, rabbit slippers. While Ed still slept in bed Emma watched the news reports roll in. On the screen, bodies littered yesterday's battlefield on the bridge. Death, chaos... and in the middle of it; him. Though it pained her Emma thought about him - of Tommy. Did he make it out of the bloodbath? If not then how long did he last? She scoffed. As if she really cared, right? No. She really did. Regardless of everything - of what he did to her father - Emma couldn't help but remember the young man that saved her from her own life. Was that man dead? And what about the thing he'd became? Was the city a better place now after this conflict?

CLAUDIA KRAMER She kept eating, but Mira was being half co-operative. Still felt hollow given the circumstances, but it was as much as she was going to get. "You could've not informed me or anyone else of the attack and you wouldn't have had to deal with us no longer. Granted that's what you came here to do, but the point is you could've let Acchilleus take over the city." She placed her knife and fork down, breakfast was finished. "We do have the same result in one aspect, but your call saved this city." She looked up at Mira, eyes red and all. "So my questions are why you didn't inform me of the EMP, and two, why you wanted our side to be the last one standing?"
NATASHA MCCALLShe heard a familiar voice, Johnny, the man who saved her life from a painful fate. She turned her head to see the hero looking at her as she had stared towards the void of the ocean, smiling weakly as she had little energy left. She let out a chuckle before sitting down, legs dangling off the helipad as she kept looking at the near darkness of the horizon. "Nature mocks everyone at some point, she's a cruel deity."
Another breath the admire and collect her thoughts. The smile faded as she held the drip-feed beside her. "Someday, when all this is eventually over in one way or the other, will be when some of us get some semblance of peace." She took a look at her blistered hand. "We all try to help other to achieve that goal in some way, even if it means being unsuccessful to yourself."
Her hand grew weaker as she knew the consequences of her actions. Sure it helped out a lot, but a stupid mistake meant that she was unable to finish the job. Might've saved more lives, and that was her deepest regret. "I'm sorry about your friend," she said with pity for him. He had taken it hard, least she could do was comfort him.

- THE QUEEN OF ROSES -
Mira listened carefully, her mind perusing thoughts of its own, that were well and far away from the battle, though she couldn't help the occasional shiver that shook her senses back to the onslaught she had helped to create, a catalyst that took many people in its wake. As Mira stared at those red eyes that gleamed back at her, she knew that they took from people one way or the other, whether you wanted it so or not. Her fingers traced the bench coolly, as the words almost escaped her, the questions flitting through and through like smell on the wind, the trouble was whether Mira could tell if this scent was sweet or poisonous, knowing the topic at hand, it was more than likely the latter.
She tried to think back to the battle, back to how things were like before. When she first spotted Acchilleus, when she first told Seth, she considered working for him as an ally, considered helping him take over the city, and then almost at once she threw that consideration out of her mind and came up with something better. Together, Mira could remember the two of them together, staying up at night and slowly going over what they would do, what they could say, how they would act, all to play Acchilleus, their trickery for trust. She couldn't exactly doubt Claudia's logic, Mira could have every reason and way to lead Acchilleus into defeating The Citadel and then slaughtering the rest of the Little Mice, watch them burn and be buried on the bridge from afar than on the front lines. But that's not what she wanted, that's not what anybody would want. To lead a madman into power is the same as to be the madman yourself, corruption is a virtue, not for power, for money, but genuineness, and that was something Mira could not accept.
So Mira came back to the conversation, still glancing at Claudia and her tired red eyes, knowing that there were only a few reasons that she would be in such a state, and she wasn't going to accept any of them, not now, not until she knew. A cold draft seemed to rush through The Citadel despite the heat, the warmth that would surely be within even in such wintry days, but Mira had a feeling that the ebbing warmth was far more than a physical sensation. Nonetheless, she sighed, stirring the words in her head before they strung themselves through her lips.
“Like I would let that zealous brute anywhere near power, you may find it hard to believe but you've actually helped this city, well at the very least in comparison to him,” replied Mira, she went over her words slowly and carefully, though she couldn't stop herself from snapping at first, spitting on Acchilleus' name, everything he held dear. “I didn't know about the EMP, and it isn't exactly like there was any other contender who could take down Acchilleus, not until it was too late.” Mira nodded towards Claudia, yet her fingers stopped, she glanced at once and felt her grip tighten on the bench. I wouldn't say you're exactly left standing, the High Council is returning, and you're powerless to stop it, in every sense of the word. She bit her tongue. “So what will you do now?”

-Wild card- Getting to the roof of the parking complex still holding Ms Diamond Wild card could hear the sirens off in the distance but was soon silenced by helicopter blades spinning, turning and squinting his eyes as it got closer and started to land, ones landed the door swung open and and Wild card made his way into the helicopter as one of his henchmen help Ms Diamond in "Get us to the casino!" Wild card shouted as the door was shut behind him, as the helicopter started to rise back up Wild card put on a pair of the headphones one of the Henchmen passed him "we should be back home soon sir" the pilot said "good... how many came back last night?" Wild card asked wondering about his other henchmen, the pilot and the other henchmen started to look around abit "you may want to wait until your back back at the casino sir" the henchmen said beside him

CLAUDIA KRAMER "Accept your answer," she replied. Part of her wanted to give Mira a punch, but it wouldn't change a thing. The absence of members of the Tower with the exception of a few mainly targeting Reaver meant that there didn't want to get embroiled in a political conflict. It also would've likely killed the Tower's credibility, and the EMP was something that even the mice didn't pick up. The good thing was that Acchilleus was dead, the bad news was that it had created a power vacuum that needed to be rectified as quickly as possible. Claudia would get to that soon, but first she held out the palm of her hand to Mira. "...and your resignation." She coughed a little. "Your work phone please."
