Lilly glanced at The Vipers that were in front of her, the explosion startling her but not taking her mind of the few that were willing to kill her. She watched the water from the snow strike one of them, whipping him to the ground before he could make his first shot. She couldn’t say the same for the others who instantly raised their rifles at her. Water swept toward them as the bullets launched at her, some skimming her hips and arms, one of them cutting deep into her side, as she grabbed at it, feeling blood begin to trickle down. Still she continued into the storm of snow, allowing water to trip up one of the Vipers who got up before she slammed her sword down into their chest. The other grabbed at her leg and with one swoop, his arm was detached, crying in pain as blood sprayed out horribly quick. Lilly was shaken by the life that had drained out of their eyes.
The shouting behind Lilly grabbed her attention as she spun around, watching a Viper kick at the shadowy figure whose name she couldn’t remember right now. Lilly saw the Vipers still coming at her from over her shoulder, an assault on two fronts as she quickly tried her best to have water whip at the Viper before turning and creating a haphazard block of ice to buy her only a few seconds of time. She was surrounded and with not much she could do, she tried her best to focus on stopping the Viper from causing some serious damage. Her oak brown hair was already starting to get messy as another one of The Vipers made their way through the ice, Lilly slashed at their arm causing their aim to be completely off when it came to the burst of bullets from their assault rifle. She turned as she struck her katana into their neck, watching them fall as she pulled out her sword. There were far too many, and she had to find a way to get over to Luke and James for more support.

Shade stumbled forwards, spinning and spraying wildly at both her old and her new assailant. The fuckers just didn't stop coming- this new one looked less insane, but with her swords and her combat stance, she was clearly pretty damn dangerous. She backed up fast, still shooting, looking for a chance to either kill her opponents or simply escape in one piece.
Nariko left her men to keep shooting, deciding it was time to get involved in the chaos behind her. Drawing the heavy shotgun off her back, she began to stride forwards, singling out a woman with a katana as a good first target. A japanese sword, eh? Time the bitch faced a challenge that matched her blade. Raising the weapon, she fired several blasts.

Lilly was far too late for the shots that came at her. She turned and at once attempted to create another block of ice from the snow to help her, but by the first shot, ice shards were shredded and spat themselves at her. The continuing shots didn’t help as Lilly felt the shards tear at her, embedding them into her shoulders and torso as she raised her sword, hoping to deflect some. She may have been successful in one aspect but she could feel pain strain at her with every movement as she wiped away the ice on her chest, feeling herself calm down as she told herself to think. She slowly melted the ice embedded within her and watched water drip down with blood as she glared at the woman, panting somewhat as the pain continued to spread throughout her chest. She stretched, getting adjusted to the movement.
She raised a whip of water once again, ready to create another blockade of ice as she focused on the woman. This wasn’t an average Viper, this one was dangerous and was the one thing preventing her from seeing James or Luke, as she watched water and fire spring behind the woman, softly illuminating her dark hair and muscular physique. Lilly launched a body of water towards the woman, hoping to catch her off balance and buy some time to think about her next move.

THE QUEEN OF HEARTS | Alice Drake Alice stumbled to find her feet upon landing as some sort of force seemed to tug at her leg. As she watched the shadow fall Alice quickly looked around her with rage, unable to find the source of the force. She turned back to face the shadow, watching as it began to retreat while spraying ill-aimed automatic rounds at her. "Oh no." she smiled dully yet teasingly, laughing at the shadow's attempt at fleeing. Alice charged towards the shadow to provoke some sort of response - hopefully fear - before launching into a high velocity somersault over their head, landing squarely on the other side of the figure. "Heh." she gasped with a laugh, gritting her teeth as she launched into an attack.
CRIMSON | Thomas Drake Crimson's tense brow relaxed as the figure's distinctive purple eyes gleamed into view. Hesitantly he lowered the gun, still clutching it tightly. They looked completely different but the eyes were the same. Clearly some sort of shapeshifter. Quickly, Crimson's hi-tech domino isolated the hue of their eyes, tagging it and adding it to their database. Regardless of form, he would have little problem picking them out from a distance anymore, as long as he had a clear view of their eyes. "Shouldn't you be down there fighting with Acchilleus' troops." His eyes were cold and uninviting. Crimson spoke with witty remarks but without an ounce of warmth in his voice, "Only a fool charges in blind," he gestured to their position, "Clearly you agree."

Nariko felt satisfaction at the impacts of her shots, which was swiftly followed by surprise as a jet of water spat forth and knocked her off balance, forcing her several steps back. Gritting her teeth, she slid the firearm back in place on her back, and instead reached for her katana. Sleek, ornate, and beautifully made, it was a weapon of legacy and a weapon of death. As the naked blade was revealed, Nariko adopted a fighting stance and began to stride forward. "Come on, girl. Face me bravely today!" She taunted, ready to duel.
Holy shit, she was fast. Too fast, too lethal, too deadly... Shade knew she couldn't win this fight. But... She couldn't lose either. Letting the gun fall to the floor, Shade shrouded, and let the sword pass through her to no effect. "Oh, sorry." She growled, standing still and watching the aggressor closely. "Having trouble hitting? Not very talented, are you?"

"Only a fool charges at all." Kay replied keeping half an eye on the combat while they watched him. It was getting more heated. They could see a few floating figures above the battlefield, while below the bridge was a mess of bodies.
"I have things to do, i'm just waiting for the right opportunity. You are hesitating. Conflicting loyalties getting to you are they?"
They still had their hands in front the weight of the gun and knife at their back a safety only. They doubted he would waste bullets on them. And if he did well they would deal with it.

TEMPEST | Sir Richard Sir Richard watched the beast leave with a deathly glare, not dropping focus until it disappeared from sight. As it did his ally approached him. Dazed and confused, Richard attempted to form some sort of response. "Hello Sir Indran. I wasn't aware that they were accepting men of your kind into the Knight's Order, though I'm not so sure about much around here at all," Richard looked around the room vacantly before looking back to Indran, "Nonetheless your fighting prowess was admirable."

“I am. A little water never hurt anybody,” declared Lilly as she melted the snow on the ground into cold water and froze it between the two, being careful not to tread onto the ice as she took her own katana out. She had a feeling she couldn’t face this person through swords alone, and if there was anything she relied on, it was what she taught Luke herself. Never face the enemy through brutality, a smart move is the best one. Practice what you preach, she thought to herself as she adopted a fighting stance, waiting to see the woman step onto the ice. She moved carefully, once again not treading on the ice as she kept a careful eye on The Vipers that were still fighting nearby and the tall flames that rose behind them.
The situation was rapidly descending into nothing more than unadulterated chaos if it hadn’t reached that stage at this point. The Broker and all his men weren’t going to be able to put him back together again if they died here and now. Even so, the grenade explosion left his fate to be unknown but the shield wall still seemed to be intact. Maybe there was hope they could win this after all, but at the same time, she had a feeling that wasn’t going to happen, not anytime soon at this rate. She narrowed her eyes at the woman, waiting for the first move, tracing her every step.

Head-to-head, a duel of arms. This was the kind of battle Nariko lived for. Firearms and explosives were all well and good, but nothing beat a good blade against blade combat. Nariko watched her opponent closely, a dangerous smirk on her face. Raising her sword in a salute, she gave a nod of respect between opponents. "To the victor, then." She said, before darting forward with a wide, chest-high sweep, using her longer reach to its fullest extent. Nariko had height and build on her challenger, and she would make full use of those advantages.

Ajay looked around the museum. During the fight he hadn't noticed how grand the place actually was. No time to admire it though, he needed to get home. Or, try to anyways. He looked at the knight, not sure how to really respond to the first part of his sentence. But the second part was easy. "Thanks.." He said, a little dazed. "Well, I need to get going.. Mostly to treat whatever wounds I have.. Cya.. Uh, whatever your name is." And with that, he left, the same way Long had. As he stepped out into the snow, which was falling down to the ground quickly, he looked around again. He took his bandana off, which was now a bit sticky with whatever blood hadn't fallen to the floor. As another drop fell into the snow, turning it dark red, he stepped forward. It was snowing so hard that he could barely see a foot in front of him. His whole body ached- The adrenaline from the fight was starting to run out. Did he have a broken bone? Because it felt like it.
He pushed forward, through the heavy snow, trying to find out where he was. He would have to head back inside, since there was no way of seeing where he was. And he was starting to freeze out here. He went to the nearest building, which was no longer the museum, since he had wandered a bit. It looked like a hotel, maybe. He couldn't tell from the outside. As he stepped inside, a warm breeze brushed by him. He looked around the lobby. There was only a receptionist. He walked over to the receptionist. "Uh.. Can I stay here until it stops snowing?" He said to the receptionist. The receptionist replied with, "As long as you aren't staying the night. Unless you have money to stay the night." Ajay did not have money. "..No thanks. Can I just stay in the lobby or something?" He said, hoping he could. "Yeah, but not for more then an hour. Also, I think you have a bloody nose.." She said, commenting on the blood dripping onto the floor. Ajay looked down. "..Thanks." He said, before rushing off to find a bathroom to wash up in. After searching a few corridors, he found one, and stepped inside. He washed up inside, stuffing a small piece of toilet paper into his nose to stop the bleeding. He stepped out of the bathroom, sitting down in a nearby chair and sighing.

CRIMSON | Thomas Drake "Just getting a lay of the land," he replied simply, turning back to face the chaos. "We're dealing with an archer on the roof, one hulking quarterback, a ghost lady, some woman with wings, a water user, a fire user, a cop with a chip on her shoulder and..." he eyed up Luke Jones, "... some kid who thinks he's special between us and the real target." He looked back to Violet Eyes, "It pays to be perceptive."
THE QUEEN OF HEARTS | Alice Drake Alice growled at the figures taunt, hacking wildly at the shadow as her blades seemed to phase right through it. If there was anything she had learnt in her travels it was that no creature was unkillable. She would persist, hacking and slashing for as long as it took.

Lilly watched the world descend into slowness, the fickle snowflakes now drifted so calmly against the wind as gunfire and shouts seemed to ring out into nothingness. Their echoes bouncing off each other to create a miasma of pain and death. The sword swept towards her chest as she raised her own watching the two clash in the air, the sound ringing out into her ears. She pushed the sword away from her, taking more effort than it should. Her opponent was stronger. She held her katana in one hand, with her other hand free for when she needed it as she stepped back, closely trying her best in the situation as she waited for the next attack.
She watched the snow around her stop as she melted it into water to fall onto the floor. She needed the water present, in case of any further attacks as bullets continued to whizz nearby from The Vipers, and yet oddly enough not a single shot towards the women or anyone part of her little militia. It seemed like this was planned from the very start, and the feeling made her sick to the stomach for the traitorous scum that they were.

A strong parry- her opponent had some talent, then. Good, Nariko hated it when duels were too one-sided. No counter followed the strike, so Nariko attacked again, taking her sword in two hands and hammering a series of powerful strikes towards the woman's head and chest, aiming to ensure her foe was on the defensive. It was an aggressive style that emphasised her greater power, focused on the goal of tiring the enemy until their guard broke, at which point a finishing strike would be easy.

>> THE HARVESTER << A low sweeping kick came in, a perfectly predictable move. Orlando had opened with a high swing anticipating this in retaliation, though admittedly the policewoman was much faster than he had estimated. An arrow whistled past his ears, striking hard against the pavement below him. A distraction from one of her allies, perhaps even Venator herself if she had hung around after their meeting earlier that day, but not one Orlando would pay too close attention to. He had an immediate fight to handle first. The assassin carried through the momentum of his swing, gyrating around to keep his legs at a wide berth from his opponent's, then took advantage of his window of opportunity for a counter-attack. Harvest Moon switched direction, returning for a slightly lower blow towards his enemy's shoulders.

-Harvey Hare- The cell shutter opened once again and a mans shouted from the other side "hey wake up your moving out!", the cell door opened and two guards came in dressed in heavy protective gear grabbed Harveys chains and pulled him out of the cell looking around as his eyes adjusted to the light it was cold and steel like and behind him where a few more guards with the same armor as the ones pulling him to a lift, once stepping in along with the guards the lift was full with Harvey in the middle of it all one of the guards received a message on his ear piece and turned away pressing a button to go down, the lift juddered before going down due to the weight as the lift descended Harvey looked up at the number to which floor he would end on, the lift stopped and two of the guards near the door pulled the chain link fence to open it, walking him out to the floor he was greeted by a floating screen that switched on showing an elderly man with a mustache covering the top part of his mouth "hello Mr... Dalton" he said looking at a file lowering the file with a smile on his face he continued "your probably wondering why your here and how we know who you are" Harvey looked around to see the other cells there was a man he had seen before upon looking the man turned to him and gave an angry scowl and slammed a crystal like fist against the glass "oh dont worry about Mr Beasly im sure he remembers your more pleasant side Ah HA HA HA" the man on the screen laughed "how do you know about me?" Harvey asked turning back to the screen "oh we know all about you and the freaks in Heartania" the man said showing various windows of the heroes and villains in the city, leading him to a similar cell to the ones around Harvey was pushed in and his shackles were removed "so why and where am i?" Harvey said rubbing his wrist were his shackles were "i cant tell you where you are but i can tell you why, there a sort of civil war happening right now and if you were in that fight it would be a grave disadvantage for whos ever side you werent on" the man said leaning back showing another window of the battle at the citadel going on "so we are keeping you here indefinitely until its over" he continued closing the window and leaning forward "so who are you the government" Harvey asked looking around "no... we are not the government, were a much more secretive then them, if it where up to me then there would be a lot less room in these cells" the man answered "im going to leave you know need to keep an eye on this little war thats going on, by the end of the day you may have some cell mate Ah HA HA HA" the man continued and laugh as he turned off the feed, the screen floated away and sat in the middle of his cell as two guards stood at either side of the door insuring he wouldn't escape
