- Raven - Lilly pressed the phone to her ear, waiting for this "Jason" person to answer, as guilt continuously ran through her mind. She felt so bad for Luke, but at the same time she knew what she had to do was right, and she was thankful that she was forgiven. Nonetheless it didn't stop her from contemplating whether to leave now or not, but she made her decision and she would stick by it. She continued to listen, hoping that "Jason" would pick up sooner or later.

- La Mirage - "Hah-" Jade took a deep breath and rested her hand on the back of one of the chairs. Her eyes shut tight as she exhaled slowly. When she opened them again they displayed a bright red. "..I'm so angry. When you pulled the trick with Paige-" the chair's back was nearly crushed in a her grip, "you sent me somewhere I haven't been in a long time. I ran all the way to the ranch, unable to control myself or my powers." She pulled the chair out and sat down, facing the Broker with an angry glare. "You know I'm not stable. If Shade and Alex hadn't been there, if I hadn't collapsed on the road.. It's only a slight exaggeration that I could have put half of the city in danger." She exhaled again, then smiled. Her eyes were now a slightly calmer orange. That didn't mean her tone changed. "Jonathan, if I suddenly get back to that point, unable to control my powers and my mind, be it by fear, anger or hatred: I might decide to kill you. And when, no, if I get back to reality, I will never be able to forgive myself." She leaned back into the chair and crossed her legs. "As I said in the car; give me a heads up next time. You are an unpredictable man, and I thought I could handle working with you. But if you've planned anything, anything at all that involves me or my loved ones, tell me. I don't want it to happen again."

- The Broker - The Broker sighed. "This....is all new to me, and thank you for that info." He leaned back into the chair. "I do apologise for that performance but the masquerade had to upheld, and once again I'm sorry." He brought out his phone and dialled a number. "I'm going to bring some people from the Tower down here to have some discussions regarding the way this city will recover. Is there anyone you don't want here?"

- La Mirage - Jade let out a sigh of relief, feeling the weight of a burden lift from her chest. "No, not particulary. Starlass and I get along well, funny enough." She rose up from the chair and looked towards the door. "Can I bring you anything? Coffee? Tea?"

- The Broker - The Broker smiled at Jade, feeling like he's helped out. "Black no sugar please." Before he prepared to ring the Tower, he made one last note. "Oh, Jade. I'm going to be doing something later today. It's not going to be pretty, but just a heads up". His mindset had to change. The revelation from Jade worried him, but he had to be cautious. He dialled the number, and someone on the other side answered. "Hello, this is The Tower, how can I help you?" "Hello, this is the High Chancellor. Can I please have Starlass, Knight, and Fear come to The Citadel as soon as possible please. It's urgent." "I'll get right on that" said the receptionist, before putting down the phone. The Broker looked at the empty table, and without another word, a staff member entered with a box of papers. Time to prepare, and he started sifting through them.

- Hunter - Luke leaned on a wall, in the main lobby watching people come in with crates and boxes, unpacking and setting up new furniture and other various assortments. Part of it disgusted him, however he knew he had to stay strong for Lilly. Plus, a little money and protection could always benefit them when they want a regular life. He sighed. How did he get here? Meeting Kay had spawned all of this in his life. Lilly came back. He's now in The Broker's inner circle, or so he assumed. At least he knew Kay was safe now. But so much had changed in so little time.

- La Mirage - Jade nodded to him and left the room, letting out a sigh as she closed the door behind her. At least I know something is going to happen. She went back down the corridor and started searching for the kitchen, finding it after two short minutes. Oddly enough, it contained a few cups and a kettle looking like it was made in 2010. Huh. I've never tried boiling water in one of these before. She scratched her head and looked around some more. After another ten minutes, she proudly left behind the kitchen in a mess with a cup of coffee in one hand and tea in the other. On her way back to the Broker she recognized Luke, if that was even his name. He'd never properly introduced himself, and seemed to be somewhat reserved and confused about the situation he'd been thrown into. She stopped and looked at him, then approached him spontaneously. "Coffee?" She smiled.

- Blackbird - She mostly stood there in silence, taking in every word that was spoken to her. Ofcouse everything as hard for her, since she had no memory on how most of the human things worked. She had been living like an animal some way or another for the past months since she woke alone inn that ally. However her eyes got big as the portal itself opened. She carefully walked up to it and put her right hand up to it before turning her face to Sin-SHaman, her face filled whit wonder. "Can you learn me stuff like that?" she asked, she almost sounded like a child who wanted to get a brand new toy. Whiteout waiting for an answer she started to push her hand slowly at the green portal thingy before almost leaping in eager inn to it. On the other side she just stopped and looked around in wonder. - Fear - She followed the group indoors, taking the place inn first of all, but she did not make a single physical change on her quite highly and proud, but respectful posture. "I have a motel to live in for now, not that it will be permanent. All depends on if I can lend my powers here. For now I can travel back and forth in a blink" she answered for Starlass kind offer. She did not what to tie herself to this place before she knew she would working whit them to keep the city safe. Ofcourse, if they did not what her somewhat strange power, she would still do whatever she was able to for the city and the civilians...

- La Mirage - Jade furrowed her brow and walked away. Rude. Every time Michael offered me coffee- Jade suddenly came to a full halt. Her stomach filled with guilt as she remembered that she'd left Michael without saying a single word in the middle of a crisis. As long as Colin haven't found out.. She quickly walked back to the Broker, put the cup of coffee next to the pile of paper in front of him, and sat down in a the chair she'd pulled out earlier. She took a sip of her tea before she started writing the apologetic text. 'Hi! I'm sorry, that dinner didn't go as planned. Thanks for taking time to listen to me, even though I never got to explain what happened. I'll make it up to you, promise! See you later today?' The lump of guilt resolved slightly when she clicked the 'send' button, although it was still noticeable in her conscience. She shook her head and turned to the Broker. "So.. What do you need me to do?"

- The Broker - The papers contained a lot of his records and some other things he needed, financial reports, criminal records, the lot. He came across two sets of files that he put to the side before Jade came back with his coffee. He looked up and smiled. "Thank you". He went back into the papers as he scanned through page after page after page, containing building data and government passages. Jade asked him a polite question, and the Broker smiled and looked back up. "Other than getting my coffee, laughing at my jokes, keeping me company, I like you to keep one major side of this operation in check, income. We can't rebuild the city without money, no matter how far I stretch my favours. I need you to negotiate with some people, since you talk to people better than I do. Plus I need to talk to the people at the tower." He picked up some more pieces of paper and gave them to Jade. "These are the contact details for Sarah Elliott and Mr Ragno. Contact your father as well. Make a deal with them, we need to raise a lot of money. Reduce their income tax a certain amount for a certain amount of time, depending in what they are willing to give." The went back to sorting out his files. "Oh....and be careful of Ragno, he has a way of slipping out and in to things."

- Starlass - Starlass was surprised by everyone's refusal of her offer, but also a little relieved. Organising accomodation would be exhausting, especially after the night she'd just worked through, and all she wanted was to rest. "Fair enough, but the offer stands. I'm going upstairs to check on the status of Heartania, and organise some sort of cleanup operation." She turned to the girl with the guitar. "Unfortunately, most of our medical staff is working the temporary clinic in the hospital garage at the moment, but if you're willing to wait I'm sure Lazarus will be able to see you within a few hours." - Ares Warbander - After Ares left the mall, the Warbander clan was unsure of what direction to take. His two remaining generals had differing opinions, but were also close friends and unwilling to duel over leadership. So, the clan split. One of them, younger and more brash and proud, said that the clan should retain their foothold in Heartania, even if just to keep the territory on principle. Around thirty of the warriors agreed, and so they stayed there in the mall, claiming it as their new home and setting up fortified positions. The other general, an older woman who had fought alongside Ares' father, thought back to the days of old, before the young chieftain began his crusade across the Wastelands. She led her supporters, a small group of approximately a dozen, out of Heartania and back into the Wastelands to recover from the loss they had suffered. However, when they got there, they discovered something very unprecedented. Large convoys of construction crews were leaving Heartania, headed for the hills beyond the city limit. Since that area was just past the edge of Warbander territory, the clan knew well what lay there - an abandoned Citadel, once intended as an extension of Heartania itself. It seemed the city dwellers intended to claim it again. The group of Wastelanders, realising that they had all been disgraced by Ares' mistakes, and that they were far too small to fight for anything, opted for a more peaceful option. The made their way over to the convoy and, seeking somebody who looked as if they were in charge, asked to join the group as citizens of the Citadel.

- La Mirage - "Okay.. I guess I'll go and make some calls. I'll be on one of the balconies if you need me." Jade brought the papers and her cup of tea along with her, and walked outside the back of the building, surprisingly arriving at a pool with a few deckchairs lined up close by it. People were still moving things into the house, giving the island an illusion of being busy, but the spot Jade had found seemed somewhat calmer. She sat down in one of the chairs and wondered who to call first. Dad? We'll probably be talking about everything else than money. At least for the first half hour. And I kinda dread to call Ragno.. I know he was one of the chess pieces in the Broker's puzzle, and not on our team. I guess that leaves miss Elliot. Huh.. Have I heard that name somewhere before? Jade leaned back in the chair and felt the night's strain pull her down. She yawned loudly and dialled Sarah Elliots' number with a smile on her lips, pleased that she could prove to be somewhat useful.

- The Broker - The Broker went through page after page after page until he finished. Couple of useful files that will be useful to him, some outdated and irrelevant, taken to the archives below. He drank his coffee as two staff members entered, with some large models of chunks of the city map, useful for him. They laid out the map and gave Broker some other models, useful to mark territory. Blue markers used to mark the buildings under his control or claimed. The Pineapple, Hospital, HPDHQ, and the town hall, though all of them are in a state. Next was white markers, places that are safe or under an alliance with him, though at this moment of time there were only two places, The Tower and Jason's Ranch. The red markers would be used to designate unsafe or hostile territory, though he could only think of one place, the Full House Casino. Reaver didn't have a place of operations, and it would also be unwise to place one on Ragno's headquarters. Reaver didn't have a place he knew off, and the mercenaries didn't have a base of operations. He had to claim the territory and keep it safe in some ways, even if it meant dealing with people he was uncomfortable with. Another staff member arrived. The Broker looked at her and said "is there anything of concern?" "Two things, both in the courtyard." Slightly surprising, though so long as it's not critical it can be dealt with. He walked with the female to the court only to be greeted by a large man, familiar, someone he saw yet he didn't see back. He put up a fight, yet he could not save his sister, something he relented but was a useful tool. "The High Council requested that I be put under your command as well" said The Pursuer, bowing. "Thank you for coming, good to have you with us in these times". The Pursuer stepped to the side as The Broker walked forward. About a dozen or so people, the ones whom were part of the attack just yesterday, and put a larger strain on those who died under his command. He stepped forward. "Which one of you is in charge?" the Broker demanded.

- Hunter - Luke watched as The Broker and a female woman seemed to be walking towards the courtyard, with nothing better to do. He followed to see what made the female look so concerned. As he did so, he stayed well behind The Broker and the female, looking onward to see a large man and what seemed to be a large group of people in the courtyard. What the heck has Lilly gotten us into?

- Hammerfist - Jason's phone rang as he was putting the kids to sleep, and he started slightly. That must be the Broker's contact. "Uh, hi." He answered, unsure what he was about to be facing. "Jason here." "Starlass." The Tower staff sent a message. "Have you heard from Argent Mind? His transponder is fluctuating and he's not answering our attempts at contact. Could you investigate? He appears to be underground, not too far from the Pineapple."
