Specialisations: - Indexing Ricki is able to index any and all different kind of information, DNA, data, history, etc. In her own mind. She can't access all this information at once because her brain would be unable to take the amount of stress from all the different information. So, when she needs to access it, she goes into a state where she can go through all this information and pick what she needs. But, just because she has this power doesn't mean her body is able to do what she has learned. For example, she could know hundreds of different kinds of martial arts or wrestling moves but she might not be able to use them if she hasn't trained her body properly. The best example is that, her brain is a library. She has a huge scope of knowledge within her brain, like, she's got a massive library in her brain in a way. But she can't bring it to memory immediately, she has to actively search for it as if she's in a library
- Telekenisis Ricki is able to manipulate and move objects with her mind. This has allowed her to utilise her telekentic abilities in a whole lot of ways. She is able to hold an object completely in place, making it hard to be moved by any normal thing. She can push and pull objects. She is able to project her telekentic energy into the form of small pellets, shields or walls.
Physical Description: With long straight black hair, an ovular face, square black glasses and a pale complexion Ricki surprisingly stands out amongst a crowd, her height 5ft 5. Her eyes brown with thick eyelashes. She's kind of thin but she averages out. Her clothes usually are dresses, her favourites are a-line dresses she usually has in a variety of different colours. She usually wears flat shoes. During the winter she usually wears jumpers, jeans and boots.
Personality Description: Ricki spends a lot of her time reading, and listening. She doesn't seem like the sociable type if you were to examine her but she enjoys having conversations with people, since she is able to absorb so much more information about them. She only asks a few questions, occasionally prying too much and apologising a lot for it. She has a lot of thirst for knowledge so she is always up for doing things and learning things.
Backstory: Ricki lived a relatively normal life, but she was always an odd child. She spent lots of time in the library and listening to everyone. She knew about her astounding ability from a very young age, and this ability came hand in hand with her telekenetic abilities. Her second power was one she never capitalised on, she always focused on learning.
Ricki always excelled at school, not always due to her ability to index everything she learns but just due to the fact she always studied and was intelligent.
Ricki's family does have money, enough money for them do allow her to live independantly in the city. They have fretted over her numerous occasions but she's always told them that she was fine being by herself in the city. She only actively makes contact to her sister who is just a year younger than her. Ricki occasionally practises her telekenisis, forming it into different shaped for practical uses and tests it out on larger things in her own home when she's alone.

Physical Description: 6'3". Rory is strikingly lean yet muscular, coming across confident but not overly imposing. With blue eyes and short, spiky, ginger hair. Though his cybernetics are mostly plain with a pewter colour he wears a metallic costume of dark silver with light blue circuitry running across it (like Tron). Rory doesn't wear a mask, but more of a visor, blue with silver sides.
Personality Description: Rory is confident in his skills. Somewhat cocky but not insufferable. He's convicted and somewhat stubborn but friendly and outgoing when he chooses to be. His qualities tend to make him a great leader.
Backstory: From his mid to late teens Rory served as a student and sidekick to superhero Argent Mind until Rory grew resentful of Argent being so overprotective. Over time their synchrony began to suffer as he continually tried to step out his mentors shadow. Eventually they would have an argument resulting in Rory leaving. Then, early on in his solo career in Capital City Rory would have an accident in the field causing him to require immediate surgery; replacing a lot of his body with cybernetics, rendering him a cyborg. Since, Rory found it hard to reach out to his mentor, fearing an I told you so in regards to his injuries.

Despite the power, his age is betraying him, thus the faces of the people in his vision are sometimes blanked out. The current manifestation of his ability are the subjects, people and objects of relevance, are superimposed onto the environment, but only go a certain distance before he is required to move.
- Close Quarters Combat Efficiency His years of experience and of exercise has allowed Toufexis to become efficient at close quarters combat, including handguns, shotguns, and knives. The problem is that his skills have to be used in bursts, due to the painful exhaustion he immediately experiences afterwards.
Physical Description: Toufexis has the appearance of a fail man, all part of his deceptive image in order to trap criminals in a surprise attack. His years of golf and activity has allowed him to keep fit, though doesn't come across as a particularly fit person when it comes to describing physical appearances. His balding white hair is normally covered by a light-brownish hat to match his thick coat, and the white shirt underneath hides his chest. The bags under his eyes show the decades of work he has put in,
Personality Description: The ageing man on the end of his life comes across as stoic to both his clients and to the general public, but on the inside he is a tired, jaded, and pained individual.
Backstory: During the rise of heroes, Toufexis emerged as a major hero in Waterway City in the north, being able to respond to crimes before a report came to the police. This was thanks to the power of insight, being able to predict the future, while serving as a vital way to look at the past, therefore becoming the most valuable asset to the police force. For nearly forty years he served as a golden image for heroes, training the younger generation while interacting with the public.
Unfortunately, he soon discovered one of the major drawbacks to being a hero. While abilities can be trained and refined, his power of insight was waning away. Fortunately the next generation of heroes were already at full force, so Silver Eyes silently retired, and in the following years lost the ability to see the future. The loss of a major function in his life, as well as the countless people he saw die in his visions, slowly eroded his ability to be shocked, and thus he became a private investigator under the name 'Mosley'.
For the next thirty years he kept out of the public eye and found hostages, silently killing the kidnappers in the process. While his insight had deteriorated, the element that never left was the ability to see the past, making him a good investigator whom hopped from city to city.
And now he comes to Heartania, after hearing the return of someone from the shadows, and the increasing chaos in the city calls to him.

- Stealth Aleks is stealthy, but not like the average person. His footsteps are silenced when he needs them to be, as well as his breathing, allowing him to be incredibly good at stealth. It also prevents him from making accidental mistakes, such as coughing while trying to sneak up on someone. Although he can't become invisible, he seems to blend in better then most people.
Physical Description Aleks stands at 6'0", and is rather fit due to previous military training. His hair is short, and swept left, along with a beard. His hair color is dark brown, and his eye color is green. His skin is light. He wears a Russian military uniform, minus the helmet. He usually has an AN-94 on his back, and a Glock 17 holstered on his right thigh. He has AN-94 mags on his vest, and G-17 mags on his belt. He has a small scar on his lip. He also has a sheathed Karambit knife on his vest.
Personality Description: Aleks is a very cold person, a person without any mercy or regard for others. He tends to be cruel to others, sometimes even her own peers. He's psychopathic, as well as being a sociopath, which has its obvious flaws. This can also lead him to be manipulating. He can be rather anti-social sometimes, or just quiet. It varies on the situation. He gets angry if outwitted, or outsmarted, or if something doesn't go the way she wants it. When angry he will lash out due to her psychopathic tendencies. He will often do so violently. He's also quite pessimistic. He tends to be quite cunning, and hides his insanity quite well.
Backstory: Aleks was born in Moscow, Russia, in 2027 to an average family. Although, he was not average. A very, very odd birth defect gave him his "Predator Vision", and the ability to silence his footsteps and breathing when needed, as well as the other stealth abilities he has. His father was a politician, and his mother was a stay at home mom. His father attempted to oppose the current Russian government, and they silenced him by throwing him into prison. His mother tried raising Aleks on his own, but stopped this attempt after just 2 months, giving him to an orphanage. Nothing much happened to Aleks here, besides the fact that they tought him not to whine or cry, or he would be punished. In 2044, at the age of 18, he was drafted into the Russian Army and trained, seeing quite a lot of violence and combat due to a war with Ukraine. Being in this war, it desensitized him to violence and other similiar things. As of 2046 he was a somewhat high rank, being a sergeant, but resigning from the normal army and joining the Spetsnaz, serving with them until 2056. Upon finally leaving the Spetsnaz, he heard of a chaotic city called Heartania, and thought that with his training and mentality, he could rule over the city. Or at least part of the city. He left on a helicopter on December 7th, 2062, landing in Alaska. He left in 2063 due to it taking awhile to gather enough funds to go to America, and prearrange things there. He gathered all of his needed gear, and drove to Heartania, arriving on January 15th, 2063. He's been living there since then, getting familiar with the city. He was now ready to try and take part of the city.

Physical Description: Alex comes from a Scottish background, her parents both coming from Glasgow and her as well. The thing that makes Alex stand out from a few other people is the scars on her face she has received after the nasty firework accident, where the firework missed her face but gave her a few scars on her cheek. Her skin is pale but not a ghostly white pale, she just looks whiter than a normal person. Her height is 5ft 8inches tall, and she's weighs 11 stone. Alex wears whatever she feels comfortable with at the time, and depending on the season. Her eyes green, hair long and blonde.
Personality Description: Growing up in an area of Glasgow where slang was prominent and certain behaviours were expected you pick up a few things. Alex is honest, she doesn't like to lie to people or be dishonest but she often can come across harsh and cruel in some of the things that she says.
But, another side of Alex is her kindness. Though she can be too honest she's kind, she likes to make sure people are okay and isn't afraid to step up to the plate to help out people.
Alex is terrified of loud noises and flashing lights. Ever since the incident with the fireworks it has left an imprint on her that, whenever a loud noise or bright light happens she gets scared easily. And takes a few minutes to calm herself down.
She's very determined when she gets down to the things she loves. When it comes to accounting she's somewhat different, the entire world around her melts and she becomes very focused and determined.
Backstory: Alex Raney was born in an area close to the certain of Glasgow. She grew up in a small neighbourhood where everyone would know everyone. She was lucky enough to be one of the kids who easily mixed in with the crowds. Her parents taught her from a young age to be independent when she could and know when to join groups. She mixed in with all the crowds, She mixed in with the type of girls who were nice but honest. If someone's outfit didn't look good then they'd tell them in the nicest way possible. So, she had a good set of friends who didn't argue often and kept themselves in their tight circle. Her parental life was good as well.
When Alex was fourteen she and a couple of her friends were playing around with fireworks. Looking back on it Alex sees how stupid she was. One of the fireworks went awoll and she ended up receiving a scar on her cheek to show for it. It honestly made her more cautious about things, never touching fireworks or anything volatile every again after that experience.
Alex has always had passions. She loved accounting, she loved everything to do with business. Compared to the other girls she knew it was an odd passion, but no one stopped her from pursuing it. Whenever she wasn't socialising she had her head on the desk studying for her exams.
Alex was forced to move to Heartania when her father got a new job.

Specialisations: - Offensive Magic When finding herself in a fight, Elizabeth can hold her own by tapping into the magical gifts she was born with. Elizabeth can cast projectiles of dark blue magic to strike against her foe from both hands. She is also able to project a form of similar dark blue magic to either hand, channeling it into particular weapons. Her typical choices are a shield, hook and chain, and for dramatic purposes: a longsword. Perhaps more typical of magic-wielders, her ability mostly stems from her own will, which inevitably drains when her talents are adopted. As it is essentially her last line of defence, she has to be careful not to deplete her willpower at inopportune times.
- Mini-Singularity Fields Channeling her will, Elizabeth can project orbs of a similar dark blue nature as her standard magic; with the exception of a totally black sphere that lies in its centre. When fired, these orbs remain in place either after a few seconds of travel, or after contact with a body. Immediately after, a field of a slightly weaker blue hue erupts, pulling objects (and those too weak around it) into its orbit. This allows her to fire at foes more accurately, or perhaps remove an otherwise troublesome object from play, but the firing of this magic is particularly taxing on her willpower; so has been used with caution.
Physical Description: Along with the physique of a typical 24 year-old, Elizabeth stands at 6’0, with her brown hair flowing in loose curls past her shoulders and to her upper-back. Her bright hazel eyes are piercing and thoughtful, almost never bearing the weight that comes with late-night work, rather remarkably. She typically dresses in what one would expect for a District Attorney; a pressed white dress shirt under a black blazer, with matching trousers of a similar tone. She also always wears her silver watch, and is very meticulous about the margin of error of the seconds-hand.
When committing herself to the role of Nemesis, Elizabeth pulls back her fringe; twisting it into a braid at the back of her hair. Her outfit is as intricate as it is captivating. A protective navy blue tunic is worn underneath a white coat, orderly accented with light blue shades in particular areas, including a collar. The bottom of the coat begins to coalesce to an arrowhead shape that encompasses the space between Nemesis’ legs when she spreads them out for a powerful pose. Separating her tunic from the similarly navy blue pants is a belt, which follows the same colour scheme as her coat. Nemesis’ boots are clearly meant to be all-purpose, and it’s white is a striking difference to the navy pants above. For extra comfort to deal with the power of her magic, a pair of gloves are worn; light blue on the palms, and white above that. To keep her identity a secret, she wears a white leather domino mask, bordered with light blue.
Personality Description: Confidence exudes itself from Elizabeth, in a way that some people might interpret as arrogant, even ignorant. In actuality, she simply rejects the need to doubt herself, committing to her actions and living with the consequences.
A perfectionist at heart, she had previously lived with the intention of getting the job done, no matter the cost. Though the latter part of that methodology has relaxed in recent months, Elizabeth still remains a steely determination to get the results she wants.
For years, she had ignored the need for a moral compass, or any shade of ideology. Nowadays, she understands the importance of these features, but still finds it difficult to develop them. As such, she can be quite aggressive; a reaction that permeates itself whenever she is faced with the slightest bitter taste of failure.
Perhaps more hidden than the other features that shape her person, Elizabeth is an avid lover of the arts, and galvanises her logical core with dashes of creativity. Those who had known her more intimately can testify this, and had often looked for her to be at the core of unforgettable memories.
Backstory: Elizabeth was born to a stable, happy, and above all else: wealthy family in the prosperous metropolis of Capital City. As such, she was given access to an impressive education, and was offered multiple opportunities she had brushed off that any average child would beg for. This didn't mean she was necessarily spoilt, but she could have never fathomed there were some who could only dream of experiencing a fraction of what she enjoyed.
From an early age, she took her studies very seriously, after seeing a friend of the family arrive in a flashy car and work the swathes of people with his supreme charm. A few nagging words to her parents, and she learnt that the impressive man was the family lawyer, and had gotten them (as well as their friends) out of many ‘unfair jams’.
It was around this period, only a few weeks after her first contact with the attorney, when Elizabeth had the focus to become a practising lawyer, and from there she first came into contact with her powers.
She had hit a wall in reading books on the legal system that were far too sophisticated for a nine-year old, which naturally provoked her to anger. She went to throw the book at the wall, and as she did; a blue orb with a dark centre went with it. When it connected with the wall, a lighter blue field extended from the original sphere; resulting in all her books being sicked in. She began to feel her weak young body being pulled too, and finding herself too terrified to even scream, she lashed out her left hand to the open window, in a final attempt to flee. As she did so, a dark blue chain extended out with a three-pronged outward-pointing hook at its head. It connected with the window from the outside, giving her the chance to struggle away from the singularity as it finally began to fade.
Reporting to her parents of the events, Elizabeth would finally learn what her parents were. They didn’t look as much concerned as they did excited. They had a long phone call with their lawyer, who she would later find out went by the name of Manny Garrett, and he was over in a flash. He came to explain to the young girl that despite her age, he was going to teach her to be just like him. He said her powers would make her even better than him in ‘making sure everyone lived happily ever after.’
Mr. Garrett taught her more than any book could, and in two years time; memorising the judicial process became unusually natural for an eleven-year-old. When she hit fourteen, with all the knowledge she needed, Manny moved her onto the final phase of her education: using her powers. He conditioned the teen to believe that using the cover of night (and a good disguise) to threaten troublesome witnesses was a just and pure procedure, as she would always be backing the right person in the courtroom.
The training continued, and the prospect of working under Mr. Garrett came ever closer to reality. She discovered the clientele of his office; members of Capital City’s organised crime ring, arrested on technicalities. Indoctrinated by Mr. Garrett’s methodology, and ideology, this didn’t phase her. She passed the bar at a state-record age of seventeen, choosing not to pursue higher education in favour of joining Manny’s firm.
For many years she enjoyed a lucrative operation. Sly and untouchable in the courtroom, and her alter-ego, Miasma striking fear into anyone she met. She left people beaten for the worse; perverting justice to let criminals and diabolical people off the hook. It was only a few months after she turned twenty-two that she finally saw the true face of her work.
A returning client had appeared, asking for aid. Naturally, Elizabeth accepted, for the same outrageous fee that Garrett & Co. was able to charge the mob. She thought this would be a standard tax avoidance gig, or maybe a textbook DUI offence. It was only when she began her work that she learnt this was a murder case. Further digging found out that the victim knew he was being stalked, but wouldn’t tell the police lest “She came for me…” Elizabeth didn’t need to know that the ‘she’ would have a particular name beginning with M. She had let a murder roam free, and what’s worse she had terrified the poor victim into letting it happen.
Elizabeth quickly dropped the case, and what’s more resigned from Garrett & Co. This angered Many, but more so the mob. There was now a rogue attorney with information about the whole criminal network of Capital City. Knowing she couldn’t stay, she fled to Heartania, using a few old contacts who had also turned their backs on the mob to get a position in the District Attorney’s Office.
Ms. Chase swiftly began her repentance. Instead of fighting in the courtroom for the criminal scum of society, she helped get murderers and thieves convicted once and for all. As opposed to obstructing justice and torturing troublesome witnesses, she used her powers to become Nemesis; bringing those who thought themselves outside the law to the mercy of the courtroom.
When the riots befell Heartania, the District Attorney was brutally murdered. The remaining assistants voted who should replace her the day after, and as a result of her hard work; Elizabeth won the democratic process unanimously. Armed with the full power of the DA’s office, Elizabeth tries to usher in a new age of justice to Heartania; leaving behind the spectre of her past.

Backstory: Long ago in ancient China dragons that roamed the land, among these dragons there was a forbidden love between one and a human but this was no ordinary human for she was a princess of china, months had past and she was with child but upon giving birth a strange thing occurred as she gave birth to an egg, finding this strange the king commanded that it be destroyed but the princess did not want this, she pleaded with her father to spare her child not wanting her daughter to be sad he agreed but there was no way a half breed child would be in the kingdom, carrying the egg to his personal mages they conjured a portal through time not knowing where it would end up he cast the egg into it to never be seen again.
as the fell through time it landed in the modern era after a series of event it landed in the city of Whiliby and crashed in through the roof of an old Dojo which was home to an old blind master who found the egg, upon finding it it hatched and inside was a small green child that he raised, after many years of training, teaching and guiding the master made Long into a great near master, but before he was a true master his mentor died of old age, grieving the loss of his master and journey on his own many organisations want to use him as a weapon, there was the Coat of Arms who wanted him as an agent to help protect the world from great threats, The Nocturne who wanted to use him as an asset to to make there plans come to complication. becoming tire some from running and fighting all these whom wanted to use him as a weapon he came across a strange medallion device that allowed him to travel to other worlds, upon discovering this new power he bowed to find new powers to take out the organisations that wanted him for a weapon and destroy them

Backstory: before Heartania was founded as a city many villages stood in its place one of these villages housed Lou and his family, being a normal child he did cause some mischief but it was the usual mischief that children do, one day as Lou was told to collect the fire wood with his father, as they journeyed through Lou lost sight of his father and the way home felling scared and alone, hearing strange noises of a beast he had never heard of before Lou ran deeper and deeper into the forest until tripping and falling into a long dark tunnel, with little light he followed it until coming across a strange stone statue with a mask on the face of it as he got closer and closer to the mask the third eye started to glow and open, suddenly long dark fingers sprouted out of the bottom of the statue and pulled the mask off the statue, frozen in fear Lou stood still as he had no idea what was happening, as this happened the fingers wrapped around Lou and placed the mask on his face bonding it to him he screamed out in pain but the mask was muffling them creating a harrowing noise that could be heard from the village.
later that same day there was a strange eclipse that was happening not like a normal one looking up to the sun it was black with strange blue markings, as this was happening there was a strange laugh going round the village as it happened people started to see there greatest fears come to life but more horrifying then they could imagine, after the events the village was mostly destroyed blood ridden, those who survived never forgot what happened that night and called it the Eclipse cures they left the remains of the village to go to the other villages and live out there lives across the years the curse stayed causing mischief and misery to anyone and every one

Specialisations: - Lightning Control & Generation Simple enough, he can summon lightning (followed by thunder) when needed. The lightning direction can be slightly controlled, as in the general direction, however its only a bolt. He can only do it vertically, and it requires his staff to do the rest, as in firing it horizontally, controlling the direction exactly, and controlling the arc of lightning itself.
- Lightning Staff He can conduct lightning and electricity through this metal staff, and is able to make it store electricity and lightning. With the saved lightning he can fire a small bolt of lightning when he needs to. His hits can be electrified this way as well. He can summon his staff whenever he needs to. He can also store normal electricity.
Physical Description: Ajay is of Indian decent. He has a fauxhawk, and his hair is black. His eyes are hazel, with an small scar under his left eye. He has a rather light build, one of which you wouldn't expect from a super hero. He doesn't have a proper mask to hide his identity so for now he just uses a plain black bandana to cover his mouth and part of his nose. Other then that, he just wears a hoodie, t-shirt, jeans, and sneakers. Nothing special. He has another scar going down his back, that he got from being struck by lightning as a kid, but it's usually covered up.
Personality Description: Ajay is new to being a hero, so he's not to sure if he's good at it. He's rather optimistic, and caring, but also down to earth. He is rather quiet, with not much to comment on, unless it's something serious. He can be awkward in public, and rather shy. He's aware of his surroundings, and can be paranoid at times. He's generous, and simply wants to help people. He's rather crafty and cunning.
Backstory: Ajay was born in Rishikesh, India on August 12, 2039. At the age of 1, he was struck by lightning, and managed to survive perfectly fine, which was considered a miracle of the gods by the local Hindus, and he was praised by a Hindu priest in a temple. This gave him his powers, but they weren't really noticed since he didn't know how to use them at the time. The only thing he could do was cause a bolt or two to strike when mad or sad. He was raised there until 2, until his family moved to the U.S. He was raised there for the rest of his life in Waterway City, and once 18 went to college. He heard of Heartania while there, and decided that maybe he should help the people there after college. He did exactly that, and after college moved to Heartania to help people there. He's been there for 2 years, simply helping people by doing charities, and at night putting a bandana on and stopping smaller criminals, like people who were robbing stores or people mugging others, and similar crimes. He did this using his wits, playing with their mind, and simply knocking them out. Due to him being weaker due to his build, he usually used a weapon, such as a staff. He currently doesn't know about his powers, and has started to actually train in staff fighting, instead of just swinging it like they do in the movies.
Other: His alias, Indran, is just Indra with an n, so his alias basically is Indra, or the Hindu god of storms, lightning, etc. (I think). To be honest, I had no idea how he would have gotten his powers, so that's why that area of his backstory is kind of.. meh.

Specialisations: - The enchanted sword Stormkeeper which he alone has the ability command - grants Richard powers of the storm.
- Electricity Manipulation Richard can generate and control electricity, be that firing short-range projectiles, weaponising it for melee strikes or detecting current in foreign objects. Along with his training as a knight Richard's melee expertise are fearful.
- Air Manipulation Similarly Richard can manipulate the air around him and the wind's movements. This can be used to propel himself in a dash as well as form crescent slashes in the air as projectiles with his sword. From this power he is also super capable of picking up on vibrations in the air and maneuvering quicker through lowering air resistance.
Physical Description: 5'9". Richard stands at around average height in modern day but was quite tall for his time. While not particularly pale Richard's white skin contrasts his wavy, longer than average, dark-brown hair. His eyes are a dull brown-green.
Richard wears a blue tabard with gold linings bearing his house's griffin crest over simple chainmail with weathered, metal pauldrons and greaves and brown boots. He also carries on his back a matching blue-and-gold heater shield
Stormkeeper appears as a long-sword with a solid black grip, and a flashy-gold pommel and crossguard. The blade itself is then a pale gold colour but was once a simple grey before becoming enchanted.
Personality Description: Being a knight of the 15th century Richard is very much honourbound, sworn to his lady. Though intuitive and noble though he may come across as naive and too easily trusting. Richard is sweet and gentle yet stern when the situation calls for it. Do not mistake his confusion for stupidity. Displaced in 2063 Richard finds himself as a fish out of water, struggling to come to grips with the new world's customs while still searching for his lady.
Backstory: Richard was born in the Kingdom of Morgen where he was raised from a very young age to join the Knight's Order. He grew as a talented swordsman though a not-so-gifted rider on horseback, ridiculed by his peers for his continual failure to ride. Though during the ceremony as the young Princess of Morgen came of age it was Richard she selected as her personal guardian, impressed by his swordsmanship as well as his charm.
This was when he acquired the sword Stormkeeper. Upon joining the Royal Guard he was given a selection of any weapon from the Royal Armoury. After thorough searching he happened upon an old, weathered and faded blade, apparently named Stormkeeper after its previous wielder was struck by lightning and killed. The Guard warned him that this sword was beyond repair, cracked and old but Richard saw charm in it and decided he would take it anyway; no custom said he couldn't just use his standard-issue longsword.
But one right then was an assault on the kingdom as an entire faction of militarised rogues burst into the villages. The rogues took the villagers captive and demanded that the king relinquished the position of the Lights of Morning; a fable chest of artefacts known in legend in be historically entwined with the history of The Kingdom of Morgen. But the king didn't budge and instead declared he had no such knowledge on these supposed Lights. The Lights were said to grant those who found them great power, an amazing bounty for any potential ruler of the land. And so with the king saying nothing the villagers began to die.
In distress the princess confided in Richard, beseeching him to take her on horseback to where she had learned - through studying the Royal Library - to be the location of the Lights of Morning. Fearful of his ability to keep herself outside the castle walls and conscious of his Richard realised he had forgotten his longsword, only bringing the defunct Stormkeeper.
Quickly the two arrived at the caves and - after some exploring - happened upon what appeared to be a chest of gold. Seeking to bring the treasure to the rogues in return for her kingdom's freedom and her people's lives the princess eased open the chest to find....
Unbeknownst to them, a small team of these rogues had tailed the pair to and through these caves, just as easily finding their way to the same cavern they had found. But when they arrived all they found was an empty, now-stone chest, a pendant of gleaming silver and gemstone and a golden, immaculate blade resembling Stormkeeper.
The rogues returned these two items to their leaders, the faction leaving the kingdom decimated thinking they had their bounty. But they were never able to tap into the supposed power of these 'artefacts'. Curiously, the knight and the princess were never seen again. Many believed they had run off into the sunset together... but reality tells a different story.
The amulet and the sword made their way between many hands over generations and generations, from various heroes, monarchs and nobles, many collectors and historians before finding their way to the Heartania History Museum, on loan from the Morgen Trust, known as the Morning Treasures. Though recent events have sparked a change in them, the sword particularly giving off strange electromagnetic pulses and readings.

Backstory: [TO BE DISCLOSED] (But what I can tell you) Emma was born and grew up in Scarlet City. Through great adversity she managed to save up enough money and save up enough favours to make her way out of the city and make her way to Heartania where she eventually began living in the Safe Zone.

Although this makes her, when aware of it, impervious to lower caliber hits such as gunfire, the shield cannot lessen any momentum that is enough to knock Backfire off her feet; vehicular collisions, high-powered rounds or even a superpowered punch can still wind her despite the aura's protection. - Superhuman AffinityBackfire has a sixth sense for nearby superpowers; when a superhuman comes near to her, she can detect their power and often even identify what that ability is. The use of powers around her will be ingrained into her memory for future reference, allowing her to have collected over the years a library of superpower information. Although entirely possible for her to out superhumans around her in every day life, she tends to respect their privacy, deciding to choose her battles more wisely than that. Physical Description: Moderately tall and fairly well built, Backfire is no runt of the litter. She complements her sturdy build with tight clothing, in civilian outfit preferring t-shirts and shorts; in her 'costume', a padded spandex suit, carbon fiber grey with gold highlights. Her stern face is framed by her raven hair, taken short in a pixie cut, and covered during her heists with a featureless steel mask, tinted yellow to match her suit. Personality Description:Chase is a no-nonsense person with little time for fooling around. Although she does have a sense of humour, she only really tends to let it come out when there's nothing better to be said. She is gruff and blunt, preferring to speak her mind and let others react how they please rather than tailoring her words to keep people happy. It's no surprise that she tends to get on people's bad sides often, though Chase tends not to worry too much about this. After all, friends are just people you can't steal from. Backstory: (Let's skip generic tragic childhood please, thank you. Here's a summary:) - Chase grew up in the Capital, where rich people prospered. As such, she got a taste for the finer things in life, especially when those finer things didn't exactly belong to her. - When her powers manifested, she discovered they were the perfect tools for a cat burglar: a sense to warn her of any incoming superheroes looking to thwart her heists, and a shield to get her out of sticky situations. - She became something of a famous burglar, especially of high security targets (though, to be fair, 'famous' is probably the wrong word - if you're famous for doing something covert and illegal, you're probably doing it wrong). - The name 'Backfire' came as a jab at justice-seekers condemning her thievery - they said that eventually her criminal lifestyle would come back to bite her, so she chose the name to mock that very threat. The extra limbs allow Aderyn to fly quickly as well as nimbly, and can be useful in certain combat situations. However, the nature of the wings mean that it would be easy to target them, and Aderyn can never truly be herself in public: as they are so conspicuous. Physical Description: Aderyn stands at 5'11, with an incredibly healthy figure, and clear pale skin. She has long hair of a darker shade of blonde, and her pale blue eyes are wide; filled with life. On this, a bird with outstretched wings is depicted at the centre, in a colour similar to Aderyn's wings and with an outline of the same blue as the suit itself. Skylark also wears a yellow domino mask to conceal her identity of Aderyn Stone. Personality Description: Aderyn is a woman filled with potential. On the surface, she is a witty individual with a capacity to be forward when the situation demands it. This leaves a bad taste in the mouth of many who come to meet her, although is often admired by her friends. Aderyn is also an incredible thinker, in terms of how she is able to run multiple projects at once whilst still being able to give each one everything she's got. Her real strength, however, is her cunning. Most who meet Aderyn wouldn't think twice before writing her off as a joker with a fiery passion, but she knows how people work, how'd they think. This gives her a clear advantage in most cases, although it can often be her undoing. Backstory: Aderyn was born in the north of England, to a mother who had pursued a child by means of fertility treatment. Her mother was married to a partner who lived in the country of Austrailia, so the two moved when she was very young. Aderyn doesn't remember much of her short years in the UK, but her childhood down-under was filled with joyous memories, and boundless opportunities. There, she met a girl by the name of Cassandra Skade, who quickly ended up becoming Aderyn's best friend after numerous misadventures. As Aderyn entered her teen years, she slowly began to feel more and more back pains from sleeping. As weeks went by, the reason was clear. A wave of panic washed over Aderyn as she stared at the small (but growing) pair of wings that rested upon her back. She decided to keep it a secret for the time being, until she could figure out what to do. As a month passed, it was clear she could not hide the wings any longer, so she went to the only person she could trust. It turned out that during the same period of time, Cassandra had begun to experience her own superhuman power of water manipulation. Although her unique ability was much easier to hide, Cassie could sympathize with her friend. Aderyn couldn't stay at her own home, she was scared of the consequences of the wings. Instead, she hid in Cassie's nearby tree-house, relying on her for food and relaying what she had learnt that day in school. For a time, this system worked well. One day, Aderyn was bored of waiting for Cassie, so she decided to at least try out the wings she had previously been so careful with. She flew out into the sky, enjoying the view below. She had expected to feel the wind crash against her face, but as she flew, she realised the air seemed to... move around her. Eventually she ran out of energy, and began to come crashing down. She noticed she was about to fall into a large rubbish tip, with the lid shut. Aderyn winced, holding out her hand in a desperate effort, and then the lid opened. The fifteen year old had somehow managed to manipulate the air to swing open the lid so she could land in a pile of rubbish to soften her fall. It was then that Aderyn discovered her second ability, and a new sense of purpose. Aderyn realised that her power wasn't a danger, but a gift. She began to feel guilty for leaving behind her parents, and a sense of worry of how they were handling her disappearance. She decided to fly home, to return with a million different apologies in mind. But when she did, she saw Cassie talking to her mother. It turned out Cassie had told Aderyn's parents of her plan from day one, and wanted to keep it a secret for her own good. Aderyn was overjoyed to return to her home, and her parents glad to see she had come to accept her gift. The following years were good. Aderyn received a proper home-schooling, and all the love she could want. Cassie would even pop round, and the two would practice their abilities together until the sunset (as Cassie's parents did not yet know of her power). When Aderyn was eighteen, Cassie had joined up with a boy, Simon who both his own unique power. However, instead of taking them for granted, Simon wanted to help people like the famous superheroes in Heartania. Together with Cassie and Aderyn, Simon led a new group of heroes in the local neighborliness. They started out small, and another boy, Johnny joined the group. However, catching robbers and helping vulnerable folk soon warped to ambition... and ambition warped to failure. Simon wanted the group to do more, to be more. His efforts led to an anonymous contractor hiring a renown hero-killer, who tracked down the group and slain Cassie, meeting his contract. Aderyn was distraught. She had lost her friend, her partner. She had lost someone she loved. She, along with Simon, disbanded the group to go their separate ways. As Johnny moved to Heartania, Aderyn remained in Australia to investigate Cassie's murderer. Armed with a name, The Harvester, Aderyn flew to Heartania to avenge her friend, and possibly reunite with another.

Specialisations: - Rogue Suit -1 This suit gives rogue improved durability, strength, agility and mobility and can withstand extreme temperatures. The suit allows Rogue to move faster than a usual human being however it is less armored than her brother, Esteban's. The one weakness this suit holds no guard to non elemental magic such as light or darkness or telepathy. The suit gives Rogue bursts of air which convert to speed, allowing her to jump higher and move faster. Natalia is also able to scale and traverse walls quickly, allowing her to get the jump on her opponents or simply for travelling purposes.
- Twin Link Rogue can send and receive a telepathic link to her twin brother, Esteban. This allows Esteban to be able to see through Natalia's eyes and vice versa. They can also communicate with each other telepathically.
Physical Description: Natalia has a slim, yet healthy and agile body figure. She is of Costa Rican origin like her twin brother. Her face is attractive and slim. She has long black hair which she often ties into a ponytail. She often wears a black tank top and tight black trousers which are tucked into versatile combat boots.
Suit Description - The Rogue -1 suit is segmented over what resembles (but definitely is not) simple black spandex, matte black and yellow-accented. These segments are sharp; ideal for slashing and slicing with forearms and calves. Blades are also known to extend from the elbows, knees and fingertips of the suit. It is less armored than the original model in order to enhance agility. The suit comes equipped with two short energy blades.
Personality Description: Natalia is a quick witted and cunning woman. She will often interject a conversation if she feels that it is drifting off topic or that her points are more important. She ultimately aims to help people, although she can be spiteful at times.
Backstory: The birth of Esteban and Natalia Vargas is a peculiar story to tell. Their mother was originally set to have only one child. The parents had planned it that way. The doctors confirmed it. Everything was set to work just fine. But a few weeks down the line, the one foetus split into two.
The split became a local marvel across cities throughout Costa Rica. Although the family was never mentioned by name, almost everyone knew of the wonder baby that split in two. At least, it seemed to be going that way. However, a secret organisation had caught word of the baby and how close the two specimens seemed to be. The organisation swept the news stories under the rug and quickly seized the mother, making sure the birth was as healthy as possible.
When Esteban and Natalia were born, it was clear that the two were inseparable. As infancy came around the corner, the splinter group realised that the twins shared a physic link between each other. This was exactly what they needed. They took no time in training the two children up to their teen years to be the exemplar undercover operatives. When it was time to work, both Esteban and Natalia proved to be efficient workers, granting the organisation success after success for numerous years.
When the two turned nineteen, it became clear that this wasn't the life they want. They didn't know what the organisation was up to, and they wanted out. For too long they had blindly completed tasks with unspeakable consequences. Their training allowed the pair to escape quickly, and the two headed to where the chaos was thickest to escape: Heartania.
