- Snowflake - Snowflake hung up and texted the co-ordinates to Inferno, then walked straight over to Joltz and snatched the laser pointer from her with a glare. “Reaver said you needed rest, so sit-“ she pointed to the couch, “while I clean this up.” The mess was swiftly cleared, just in time as Inferno entered the door. Kids? “She hired me, didn’t she?” Snowflake looked over at Joltz. She is at least five years older than me, though she doesn’t act the part. - La Mirage - Jade kept staring at the screen. Still nothing. Maybe I was wrong? - Felix Norwood - “You.. were napping?” Felix breathed, his mind set on scaling the structure, before he looked at Ripley again. It seemed like they both were bored and looking for something to do; Felix for the sake of taking his mind off things, while Ripley just wanted to do something. Felix couldn’t find a reason for not hanging out with the curious, winged boy. He stopped climbing for a second and looked up to the top of the pillar again. Just a few more steps. “Wanna hang out?” - Hatty Bellcrest - -HNN HQ, Past noon- As Hatty walked down the wide corridor with determined steps, she heard a familiar sound; the buzz of her cellphone. The sender was unknown to her. ‘Do you like it?’ Hatty kept walking as she read the SMS. *Beep!* ‘I’ve made it myself~ ‘A’ Hatty’s eyes narrowed; someone must’ve gotten their numbers mixed up. ‘Wrong number.’ She marched on, ignoring how silent the dressing room was as she passed it on her way to her boss’ office. A bit later she knocked confidently on her boss’ door and entered the room, which screamed superiority compared to the workplace Hattie had received when she started in Heartania. The only thing their offices had in common was the messy stacks of paperwork which always seemed to haunt their desks. “You called?” “Please, have a seat.” Hatty walked over to the only available chair placed opposite the desk and smiled politely at the aging man, who happily returned it. “There are a couple of things I needed to talk to you about,” he began, “first off; the recent boosts around the city’s nightclubs have called for some things to be elaborated upon, like this man right here.” He took a bunch of papers from the corner of his desk and handed them to Hatty. “I want you to make a short news report on Benedict Strahm.” Hatty saw the sudden, unexplained twitch in his right eyebrow. “He’s been a rising star of sorts when it comes to rebuilding companies and making them profitable. Secondly-“ He coughed, a smokers’ rasped cough, and pulled out a pen which he held playfully between his fingers. “Hammonds will be covering the broadcasts for the rest of the day.” “Oh,” Hatty said surprised, “may I ask why?” “Let me answer that with a question.” The man tapped the pen against the hard surface of the desk. “How have you been recently?”

- Joltz - Snow snatched the lazer pointer out Joltz hand "hey thats mine!" she said upset “Reaver said you needed rest, so sit, while I clean this up.” snow said as she turned away and started cleaning, Joltz sat back on the sofa and folded her arms 'you know we could give her a little shock to show her who's boss' one of her thoughts said edging closer trying to get her to start something '...no, do you want to go back to the tower and send our only friends to there as well?' the other thought said sitting on the other side of Joltz, after a few moments of watching TV with snow cleaning up around her there was a knock on the door, on the other side was another woman 'whos that one Reavers friends, snow's friend?' the other thought said "who cares!, HI!!!" Joltz shouted and waved frantically at this new person at the door "did you bring pizza?" she continued shouting

- The Harvester - "Nothing else has come up. We'll meet soon." Orlando hung up the phone, spotting his accomplice struggling with a door up the hall. Letting the front door close behind him, he walked briskly up to the other side of the door. What are you.... The android was pointing down. Orlando followed the direction to spot the key. Ah, I see. Picking up the key, he unlocked the door and opened it wide. "Acchilleus wants to meet us on the outside of the City, somewhere abandoned. Know any places that would work?" - Sonar - Johnny stumbled slowly towards the shopping bag he'd left sitting by the motel door. "Couldn't sleep?" Aderyn asked, halfway looking over her shoulder. Johnny reached into the bag and pulled out a carton of iced coffee. "Nah, couldn't stop thinking. I'll wait until night, I guess," he held the carton up to the light to give it a shake, "Do you have any idea how hard it is to find these around here?" "It wouldn't be so bad if you weren't addicted. Anyway, you awake enough to hear about what's happened in the last few hours?" "Uh, sure, yeah. Did I miss something big?" "You sure did. Starlass got unmasked on live television." Johnny nearly fell back in shock. "What!? What do you mean?" Aderyn turned completely, a concerned look on her face. "I was watching the news when it got interrupted by some broadcast, it looked like someone was holding her hostage.... you look worried. Did you know her?" "Yeah, we worked together only a couple of days ago. That's when I got this," he reached his hand up to clasp his opposite shoulder, the one that was still wrapped in bandages to protect his wound from the stadium fight, "We should get to the Tower, I think. See if they need extra hands." Aderyn sighed, switching the television off. "You're probably right. Got a car, or am I going to have to carry your fat arse?" Johnny laughed, remembering the time they actually tried that. "No, no, I've got a car. We won't be doing any of your 'aerobatics' today, thankfully." Aderyn rolled her eyes. "I didn't have any control, you're a lot heavier than you look. Aerodynamics are a big part of what I do, you know?" She stood up, stretching her limbs - all six of them. She had to be careful not to knock anything over with her wings at full span, but it was worth it for the stretch. "Lead the way, boss." she said sarcastically, headed for the door.

- Reaver - It was a pleasant enough evening of light drinking and gambling, although it was nothing thrilling. Reaver won some money, lost some money, won it back again , and eventually grew bored of the stagnent casino. There was little of interest, especially with the majority of patrons going to see whatever act Card had lined up, and so it wasn't too long before the villainess was making her way to the exit. Pulling out her phone, she sent a text to her compatriot, before calling a cab. On my way back, Snow. I hope you haven't had too much trouble!

- Dr Clueless - Clueless left the area in order to get back to his lab "damn it keys broken guess I'll have to get back another way" he said walking down a near empty road, "well better get some work done while I'm here" Clueless said pulling out a small mine looking device along with a screwdriver, pulling off the bottom and fiddling around with the insides he started to drift into the middle of the road

- Benedict Strahm - "Of course, just bear with me a second." He turned to the foreman. "Will this place be ready soon?" "You'll want to hire some people but it'll be ready if you act quick." "Ahh, excellent!" He clapped to himself a little, before turning back to Hatty. "Shall we?" He headed towards the exit with his companion, and the two crossed the street and inside the village, passing Andras who was dealing with someone who didn't have valid ID. His office was ready, it was a fairly large room that was recently redecorated, in contrast to the tiny security room he occupied for the two days he was here. "May I get you a drink?" - The Broker - "Wait...you're picking up the Scotts?" Strange name to Jonathan. 'Scott'. Felt like a Scotsman got lazy one night while naming either himself of a child. Regardless he quickly checked his messages on the tablet, before sitting back down. His legs had started aching in the tension, and since the Tower was dealing with the fallout as much as he was, it mean't he didn't have to worry as much. "Well, Mr Edison, we've already picked them up to secure them." - Jessica Paige - She kept to herself, ordering a drink at a bar, playing some roulette, and even queued up for the show. But something was bothering her, was it the antipsychotics? Or was it the fact she drank after taking meds? Maybe the show might calm her down...maybe.

- Ripley Augustine - Ripley nodded, "Sure, I'd like to hangout." Ripley was interested in this new kid, he was climbing up a steel bridge with little ease. It was surprising. - Inferno - Inferno stared at the girl with a look of disappointment, she turned to look at Snowflake, "Really? Is this little grown-up child the best that Reaver could possibly do? I'm sad that this is my replacement.".

- Joltz - Joltz sat back in the sofa folding her arms behind her "yep! i can see where gonna be the best of friends" she said cheerfully 'wow looks like someone is full of her self' one of Joltz thoughts said 'are you gonna take that from her, fry her ass' the thought continued shouting at Joltz 'no wait we need to stay low!' the other thought said quickly grabbing the other hands thought from pointing it at the woman at the door "she wont do anything, were in hiding last thing she'll do is blow our cover" Joltz said still watching TV - Dr Clueless - while drifting into the street a cab screeched to a halt and blare its horn at Clueless "hey watch where your going jack ass!" the cab driver said turning to the cab driver in a displeased look Clueless put his screwdriver away and reattached the bottom of the mine, Clueless walked to the bonnet of the cab and slammed the mine into it as he moved his hand away four blue lights started to flash "whoa what are you doing man?" the driver said panicking, walking around to the other side of the car Clueless opened the door and let him self in "hello lab rat for the evening i want you to put your hands on the wheel and think about driving this cab" Clueless said in a calm manor with a smile on his face "whu what?" the driver asked confused "did you not hear me put your hands on the wheel and think about driving ... but dont press the pedals i havent work that out yet" Clueless said stopping the driver from pressing the pedals with his foot "ok?" the driver he said as he did so, putting his hands on the wheel the same blue lights glowed around his hands, "what the fu..." the driver said as Clueless stopped him "its ok, now think about driving and we'll move... hopefully... but go slow" Clueless said pointing forward

- Kay - Kay gave them a small couple of nods as they made it through the door. Kay moved into the room towards the bare mattress on a solid metal frame screwed into the floor, outfitted with ties which they attached to his legs and feet. Kay moved away stripping off the jacket before rummaging in a draw getting out bandages, knives and screwdrivers. They took out the remainders of the arrow from their shoulder, it was less tight and the skin began to gel back together a little more smoothly hardly leaving a mark though they would need to re-cut and clean up more at a later time. They grabbed with slimmed fingers and the screw driver into their face mainly at the throat. There was no pain in these deep points compared to the surface more a weird disconnection, sounds squeaked out as they tweaked though the hole of their eye was not something they could fashion together now. "Better." Kay rumbled rolling through a shortened choice of voices setting on a mid ground option, with the least amount of electronic breaks. "I'm just going to bandage his bleeding then we'll go grab a car to get to a warehouse I know." They smiled with what was a soft expression twisted by the loss they suffered for now. Expression did not match face and face did not match voice, a true patchwork doll of a person. "How good are you at hotwiring cars?" They asked as they removed the knife keeping pressure with one hand pinning above as they wound the bandage with a method that showed much practice.

- Dr Clueless - as the driver thought about making the cab move and it did so, very slowly and gaining speed the cab moved at a normal place "ha, it works i knew it" Clueless shouted "hey this is great but what else can it do?" the cab driver said, Clueless stopped celebrating and turned to the man "what do you mean 'what else can it do' its your cab your controlling it, you can do what you want with it... by the way where are you heading?" Clueless asked changing the subject "oh im heading to the Full House gotta pick some lady up" the cab driver said as they drove along to the Full House "so when you said i can do anything i want with the cab what did you mean exactly?" the cab driver asked curious as what else he could do, Clueless lean back in his car "erm i dunno you wanna turn it into a hover cab? cause you can do that" he said nonchalantly, the cab drivers eyes widened at the thought "really how do i do that?" the driver said excitedly "you just think 'hover cab' and the nanobots do the rest" Clueless said turning to the driver, the drivers eye light up with more excitement "hover cab" he shouted assuming that would make it work "i said you had to think it not say... oh never mind its doing it any way" Clueless said as the cab rumbled as the nano bots got to work turning the wheels on there side to let streams of air out to make it hover, a few moments past and the bottom of the cab was different in a way to allow it to hover "whoa this is cool how do i make it go up?" the cab driver said pressing the buttons and moving the gear stick "up? theres no up in a hover vehicle... what do you think this is science fiction, it does everything a normal cab does except now it really good at parallel parking" Clueless confused at the question "anyway i think im gonna get out here... this test is pretty much done , you can drop me off at the next turn" Clueless continued "hey man you didnt pay thats... £35.50 you owe me" the cab driver said "i already paid you with the ... thing that made your cab into a hover ...cab... let me out" Clueless said infuriated "you now have a or well the only Hover cab in existence, i think that deserves a free ride, its probably price less any how" Clueless continued, the cab driver thought for a moment and wondered "you know what that.. seems like a fare trade ill let you off this time, but next time you have to pay" the cab driver said as he pulled over "thank you, oh and before i forget if you do another sudden stop it will send out a small emp that will kill all the nanobots in the cab and render it useless... Bye!" Clueless said stepping out of the cab and closing the door

- La Mirage - Jade’s eyes widened; it was just a stroke of luck that her contacts didn’t fall out. “There she is!” And indeed, there she was, just like Jade had described her; Scarlett Blythe, a brown haired woman in a strikingly ordinary black trench coat. Jade watched her approach the door of the casino with a friend, someone Jade didn’t recognize; an Afro-American female in her mid-twenties in a midnight blue coat. Jade didn’t know how much seeing her cousin alive and well had impacted her before she felt a tear trickle down her cheek. She quickly wiped it away and continued watching until she saw Scarlett leave the casino again, this time accompanied by five people; three men and two women, one of them being the female from before. “And there she leaves.” Jade blinked a couple of times as she saw Scarlett and the two other females get in a taxi in the corner of the camera, and drive off. “C-could you rewind that last bit again, please?” - Hatty Bellcrest - Hatty followed Strahm and made note of the size of the man standing guard outside the Village. As they ventured into the nightclub she took in the atmosphere, imagining how crowded the place must’ve been to have made as good profit as it did the previous nights. Upon entering the office, Hatty couldn’t help but compare it to her boss’ office; large, slightly intimidating and above all else, professional. Something strong would taste great right now. “Thank you- but I’ll just have a glass of orange juice.” Hatty smiled and walked over to the window, glancing out at the streets below as she pulled out her cellphone. “You wouldn’t mind me recording during the interview, would you? Memory is a very fickle thing.” - Felix Norwood - Felix reached up and grabbed the edge of the pillar, then continued to hoist himself onto it. He sat and breathed heavily, nearly breaking a sweat at the impossible feat he had achieved (well, impossible for a normal human, at least). “What do you do in this city? And, how can you fly?” Felix panted as his legs dangled off the edge and he looked over to Heartania from this middleground, this manmade connection between the two islands. - Snowflake - “Replacement is a strong word, Inferno. Reaver is just out, you two can sort it out when she returns.” Snowflake picked up the phone, ready to call someone. “Now, who’s hungry-“ *beep* Snowflake read the text from Reaver and smiled. “Looks like the odds weren’t in her favour after all. She’s already on her way back!” Snowflake replied quickly. ’Nah. Speaking of trouble, guess which hothead just popped by to say hello?’ - HNN HQ, Past noon - Hatty suppressed a twitch in her right foot, which passed unnoticed by the man. “Never better!” Hatty leaned back in the chair. “I’m young, free and single and love the work that I do-” “I’ve heard otherwise,” he abruptly interrupted, “so let us start with the honest truth.” The man in his early fifties leaned forwards, folding his hands as he placed them on the grand, simplistic desk. Hatty’s expression froze into a mask mimicking confusion. “Some of your colleagues are worried about you. It’s creating quite the fuss whenever a new ‘gift’ arrives, but you haven’t let it get to you...” He dragged the words out. “..until now. Which makes me ask, what’s changed?” “Nothing’s changed.” “Come on, Hattie. You know better than to lie to me.” His tone would have been teasing, if the topic of their discussion hadn’t been so serious. “What’s wrong?” The pair stared at each other as Hatty remained silent. The balding man pulled out a slip of paper from a drawer in his desk and started jotting down something. “You seem remarkably calm.” The corner of Hatty’s mouth twitched into half a smile as he scribbled something down, knowing that there was no point pressuring her; Hattie could be as stubborn as a donkey. “If I’m scared.. Well, it means that he’s won.” “Not necessarily. Have you reported it to the police?” “I did,” Hatty answered politely, albeit with a hint of annoyance, “but they are too busy with everything else that’s been going on. A giftwrapping stalker isn’t exactly on top of their priority list.” “I figured,” he folded the piece of paper and placed it on the edge of his desk, causing Hatty to tilt her head. “There’s a gym downtown- a friend of a friend’s place. Go check it out.“ Hatty’s eyes narrowed. “What’s so special about this gym?” “Nothing much.” “But?” “’To conquer fear, you must become fear.’” “So that’s your solution? To buff me up? I told you, I’m not scared.” “I never said you were.” He leaned onto his elbows, tapping the pen against the paper on the edge of the desk. “But there’s no harm in taking a couple of precautions. Also, you can interview Benedict Strahm on your way there.”

- Ripley Augustine - Ripley pointed at his massive flesh wings. "These are how I'm able to fly. It's not really fast like Starlasses, but I can move pretty quick." Ripley was proud of himself. "I can do tons of other stuff with it as well." He mentioned. "As for what I do, I don't do much, I haven't been here long and have only been flying around and keeping to myself." His stomach let out an exceptionally loud grumble.

- Reaver - Reaver, reclining in the back of a taxi, received a response from Snow that proved enough to stun her for a moment. Inferno was back, but a day after actively ignoring all contact from her so- called teammates. The firebreather had given up on the whole venture, it had seemed back then, and even if she hadn't, disappearing for a day didn't exactly create a sense of reliability. How could Reaver work with someone who could never be trusted to have her back? She sighed, musing the development over in her head, and had to be brought back to the real world by a sharp cough from the driver. She had arrived, and after paying, she set her face to a stoney grimace rather than the frank confusion she really felt, and set off inside.

- Benedict Strahm - "Not a problem". Strahm pranced over to the small cocktail cupboard and took out two glasses. Bottle of whisky, poured. Now it was a matter of getting Hatty's drink. He knew most of the contents were alcoholic, for good reason, but there was a small shelf dedicated to the un-alcoholic ingredients. Pear juice, apple juice, cranberry...bingo! He pulled out a carton of fresh orange and poured it into the glass. Nice, refreshing, cold, and out of habit sliced some orange and placed it on the glass. Cocktail lessons must have gotten to his head. Whatever the case he carried the drinks and gave the reporter her orange juice. He sat down comfortably and gave her his full attention
