- The Sheriff - James stepped into the bar, the thick scent of smoke greeted him as the door for fresh cold air outside closed behind him. As he looked around, he was slightly concerned at the fact that there was nobody in the bar. The jingle from a busted up stereo that seemed to give up playing the song for a few moments, before resuming, was the only thing from keeping the bar from drowning in its isolation. A barmaid, with ginger hair tied up, with a cigarette in her mouth was cleaning a glass, apparently uncaring of the lack of people. Someone may even say thankful. Before James could even say anything, someone had stepped into the bar from behind, shoving past him before they grabbed a stool and started muttering to the now discontent bar maid. I hope I get some shit out of this. James walked up to the bar, both hands firmly planted onto the wooden surface as he waited for the barmaid to finish preparing a drink for the stranger. After a while, she managed to finally saunter over reluctantly, taking out the cigarette from her mouth and blowing the smoke elsewhere. "What do ya want?" asked the barmaid in a nasally Boston accent. James caught the eye of the stranger, who seemed to be watching him, glaring as they took a sip of their whiskey on the rocks. James turned their attention back to the barmaid. "Well?" "I'm wondering if you know where The Dragon's Diner is?" asked James, scratching at his neck as he continued to not pay attention to the stranger. The barmaid narrowed her eyes. "Do I look like a tour guide to you, or somethin'?" She exclaimed, in the same nasally voice. You could barely hear a change in her tone, but James managed to pick it up. "No you look like someone in the lap of luxury," replied James, looking around at the disgusting bar. The wall was covered in multiple stains, presumably from drinks. A smashed glass was in the corner, and the pool table was so dusty it looked like it hadn't been used for years. "Now, I'll ask again. Do you know where The Dragon's Diner is?" The bar maid sighed. "You want to take a left down on Crescent Street, once you get there, go all the way down past Rook's Road, it's the diner on the left side, not the right," growled the barmaid. "Now if you're not going to order anything, get the fuck out." James rolled his eyes. "Gladly. It'd be a shame to come away from a place with such hospitality," retorted James, as he started to head towards the exit. However the sudden shift of a barstool, and the hand that was now on his shoulder and spinning him around had him halt. "Wait a minute. I know who you are!" cried the stranger, now revealing their pale slim face. "You're one of Broker's boys aren't ya? Isn't that right, James Witt?" James glared at the man. "I think you've got the wrong-" James started, however he was surprised when the barmaid gasped, dropping her glass and the sudden barrel of the gun now in his face. "No, don't you lie to me. I'm sure the Vipers would love to have a word with you," alerted the stranger, before James held up his hands, glaring at the man, as the man simply grinned. "Or better yet, find your corpse." The man pulled at the safety, ignoring the pleas of the barmaid who was threatening to call the police. This wasn't the type of shit I was looking for.

- La Mirage - Jade looked back at Michael over her shoulder, smiling as he gave her a thumbs up. Though she didn’t return the favour she was reminded to send him a text within five minutes, just to let him know she was alright. The burner phone in her pocket contained a picture of Scarlett, which she would show to Wild Card once she found him. And rather sooner than she expected; in fact the moment she went inside the Casino doors, she saw a man somewhat reminiscent of the thug who worked with Reaver a couple of days ago. Jade took in the surroundings again, then a deep breath, and cautiously made her way towards, who she thought to be, Full House Casino’s owner; Wild Card. - Snowflake - Snowflake paused for a moment, taking in the tone of Crimson’s voice. He seemed to be a down, as if he pitied the kid. Or maybe he was upset because he must’ve had messed up the first time around; not killing the kid at the time and ending his misery back then. “That’s.. Awful,” she said, not out of sympathy but out of lack of a better word, “Did you meet with him?”

- Wild Card - checking with the afternoon entertainment to make sure they were prepared Wild card knocked on the door of the dressing room "who is it?" came from the other side "its Mr Cartel may i come in?" Wild card asked "please do" the voice on the other side said, opening the door he stepped in "are you comfortable ms Blair?" Wild card asked "yes im alright, altho the room is a little cold" she said looking at a few holes in the wall "oh yes, that was due to the entertainment we had a few... disagreements, and we went expecting you come so soon and i have to apologize for the state of the room" Wild card said looking over at the bullet holes in the wall "i guess that will have to do for now, for an apologie anyway, hows the band doing" Ms Blair said "they are fine and prior your request, we have not given them any alcohol as they slip and ruin the show" Wild card said "good, you know how Spencer gets after a few, whats the turn out like?" Ms Blair said putting on her make up "from the looks of things about a third have arrived and have started to enter the hall" Wild card said walking up to the mirror and checking his reflection "A Third! thats it, what are they doing?" Ms Blair shouted and but her powder down "im afraid i dont know, but your show doesnt start for at least another hour, so theres still time for them to arrive" Wild card said in a calm tone "and i wouldnt resort to shouting as its awful for your image, now im afraid im going to have to leave you as i have to find the rest of your audience" Wild card said getting up from the make up mirror, turning back to smile at Ms Blair "im sure you'll be lovely this after noon" Wild said as he opened the door

- Crimson - Crimson slowly began to look up from his feet. Cautiously and weakly he replied "Yeah" he smiled nervously, "Yeah, I met him..." - The Queen of Hearts - "Who said anything about using it to get away?" Alice sneered, "I just want to see you try to get one." Alice turned her head and looked at the ceiling before looking back to Michelle. Deciding to act crazy... well... crazier she look back at her with her condescending eyes, monotonously but with some levity she replied "I was born in 1865 to a Mr. Charles Lutwidge Dodgson." she smiled, cocking her head to the side, "And when I was seven I fell down a rabbit hole and found myself in a magical realm." She scoffed, dropping her eyes and the levity in her voice. "Now where's my money?" - Crimson - He shut his eyes, dropping his shoulders and sighing before opening his eyes with a renewed rage. Without a ounce of regret, in a firm and zealous voice he continued, "... and I shot the kid. Right in the head. He wasn't a zombie or a... lobotomised soldier. Just some asshole who got in my way." Crimson grinned, feeling fulfilled.

- Argent Mind - "You're a cunning monster with a blank mind." Argent Mind answered, still glaring dagger at his foe. "So don't be surprised if I don't fight on you on your terms!" As he spoke, he extended his will beyond the tornado and attempted to grasp Oren and hurl him off is paper carpet, aiming to shatter his concentration. - Reaver - Reaver left Snow to her chat with Crimson, and set off for the Casino. As normal, she wore a disguise, and she entered as any customer would. Slipping through the crowds, she sat at the bar, claiming a cocktail, and began to watch the room, allowing herself to relax her tension. It was a busy night, and business appeared to be booming, so there was a lot to have a look at.

- The Harvester- Orlando made his way over to the rooftop where his mark lay wounded on the ground, grinning beneath his scarf. "You don't need to know who I am," he mocked, keeping his voice loud enough to carry across, "Only that the person I work for wants your hide, dead or alive. I'd rather the former, so consider yourself lucky that's not the better option." He finally wound up on the same roof, approaching Luke slowly. On his way he passed Kay's collapsed form, kicking it aside midnlessly. "Good thing I arrive in time. For a person made of metal, you were disappointingly soft," he muttered under his breath, "I'll come back for you later." Orlando drew his favourite weapon, his long, black-tinted sickle, from his waist. Crouching beside his crippled prey, he pulled down his scarf to speak softly. "I heard you were dangerous, Luke Jones, but you don't look so tough to me. Nobody dangerous leaves that much blood on the ground."

- Kay - Kay drew themselves upwards taking a moment to listen after a second kick landed against them, they had not moved as he had approached waiting instead to see what their purpose was, they stood behind this newcomer silently watching with one cold eye as they crouched to talk to Hunter. To threaten, the dramatics were sloppy and could be saved for later however good you were, it was more important to get the job done, which Kay would have if he had not intervened. With one hand they drew out their phone and began to type a message and walk over, sliding the phone at the man's feet while scooping up the gun that the new man seemed too blind to notice. He's mine. If you are here to help I have a place to take him. If not I shoot you in the head. Their aim was steady within the one purple eyed gaze, their other hand pointing, indicating the phone. It took a lot of restraint not to shoot him without the message. If he was one of Acchilleus people then he would be annoyed at having to hire someone new. - Bloodstream - Sienna breathed a sigh of relief as she trundled past. "Thank you, Thank you!" She kept muttering as other people patted her on the back checking she was okay. "I'm fine. I just need to get rid of this." She joked pointing at the garbage as she moved that way veering off to the ambulance only once she was sure neither the hero or anyone else was watching. The cigarette packet emptied the jangling keys into her hand as she undid the back lowering the ramped section with a few good tugs and drawing herself and the trolley inside shutting the door swiftly. It was a quick change later into a paramedics uniform and she sat in the front seat engine running. Her phone out she contacted both Alice and Oren at the same time. "I'm out. It is time for the Egress to fly. Alpha do you want me to wait for you?"

- Hunter - Luke glared at the stranger, and at Kay. Despite feeling a sense of odd relief at Kay seemingly defending him from possibly being murdered right about now. Things were only getting confusing by the minute. However, Luke found himself resisting the urge to try and attack the stranger, who was more than likely baiting them, so they have the excuse to murder them. As they looked around with no sign of Lilly or James, no sign of anyone. Truly, he was alone. But that didn't stop him for a second. Looking at the phone, Luke remembered he still had his, yet he knew he couldn't fish it out of his pocket. He concentrated, trying to go off pure memory alone as to which slot Lilly was, in his contacts. But he faintly heard the sound of it ringing and being answered, with Lilly's voice on the other side, asking for him. A clue, some trace managed to be left behind, even if it meant nothing now. Luke could realize both Kay and the stranger probably heard it too and he managed to raise his head ever so slightly, and smile.

- Oren - The force threw Oren upwards but not for long, His paper platform grabbed him. The tornado kept spinning without falter. After Oren regained his balance, making sure the paper kept his feet placed down. "If you're not going to sit down then maybe I should make you" His voice was raised and slightly agitated. More paper attacked Argent at rapid speeds, he went for deeper cuts this time. He recieved Sienna's text, letting out a sigh. "Oh and just when I was going to kill him" He muttered to himself as he floated away. Just as he got a reasonable distance he dropped the tornado, letting the magic seep out of them. Transforming back to his human looking facade he ran down the street, making his way back to the base. - Bellona Warhammer - Bellona stared at Ares and his request for his sword. He looked determined, a look for revenge. "So, Ares, tell my why I should give your sword back to you.". - Lucielle - Lucielle shrugged, "I don't know, don't care. It didn't look edible at all." She leaped down from the wall, "Let's go find somewhere to do something, I'm hungry, But I got no money to buy food or clothes. Though I don't exactly need clothes.".

- Wild Card - Wild card step out of the dressing room and walked past the door "Hey hey hey, are you in charge here?" a man shouted down the hall getting closer, Wild card turned to see who it was 'oh good its Ms Blair's agent' he thought as the man came closer "yes im in charge of this casino" Wild card said, the agent stood infront of Wild card and looked straight up into his eye as he only came up to Wild cards neck "What kind of conditions is this for my client?, holes in the wall, cramped conditions for the band, if this place is not up to code ill.. " "you'll what report me to the counsel? get me shut down? i have already discussed the matter of Ms Blair's room with her,k ive told her that werent expecting her so soon and that is why the room still needs repairs" Wild card interrupted the agent as he was shouting "yeah, well you didnt tell that stuff to me" the agent said, the agent was about start shouting again until Wild card stopped him by raising his finger "now im going to be nice for a moment and leave you alone for the rest of the show, but if you come shouting at me afterwards i will personally show you how the holes got put in the wall in the first place, now if you'll excuse me i show the rest of Ms Blair's audience there seats" Wild card threatened as he did not want to waste his time as he had other things to do, turning away from the agent and to the door he exited the back and into the main hall where taxis and tour buses where pulling up outside

- Raven - Lilly felt instant relief as she heard her phone vibrate in her pocket. She presumed it may have been Broker or even James after she quickly scribbled her number and handed it to him, before he left. Hopefully with some news on Luke, or what exactly was going on. As, Lilly's eyes gazed down at the phone screen, they widened, shock overtook her. She suddenly clamoured to answer the phone as quickly as she could. "Luke? Hello?" answered Lilly, waiting to hear some type of response. She could hear the muffled wind. She clearly wasn't the only one in baited breath, as there was no voices on Luke's end. "Luke! Where are you? What's going on?" And so she waited, waited to see if anybody would answer the phone, in the meantime trying to see if maybe Broker or someone could track Luke's location down from this call later. "Hello?" However, she feared the worst. What if Luke was hurt? What if Luke was dead? What if this was some innocent civilian, set to call someone and inform them. What if this was some vigilante who hurt him, still set to call someone, still set to inform them, in their own way. Lilly's heart skipped a beat. "Luke, if you are okay, say something." She continued waiting.

- Snowflake - Snowflake’s eyes widened for a brief second, before she let out a sweet, rippling laughter. “You nearly got me there; for a moment I thought you’d gotten soft on the rude brat!” She smiled to herself. Of course he wouldn’t have let him live. By using Blood’s brother’s name, the kid signed his own death sentence. At least he won’t interrupt my lunch again~ She stopped. ..wait, why is he calling me about this? “Did you call me just to brag? I thought we were past all that years ago,” she mocked, walking inside the building as she didn’t pay attention to whether or not Joltz were following her. - La Mirage - Crap, wrong person. Jade took a hard left, unintentionally making her way over to the crowded bar. But a few seconds passed before she’d sat down at a tall chair, ordered a drink and started surveying the room. Maybe it would be easier to ask the bartender? ‘Ok for now,’ was the text she sent to the Zap right before she accepted the drink with a charming smile. For now, her eyes stopped at another lady sitting by herself not too far away from her. Jade’s eyes wandered around, as if she was still taking in her surroundings, but in reality she couldn’t help notice the other lone woman’s appearance. How peculiar- sunglasses inside? She’s up to some dodgy business, no doubt. - Felix Norwood - I need to get some air, Felix thought, having felt panicked ever since the meeting with that hooded figure in the dining hall. After that a man had died, leaving the whole Citadel in a suffocating suspense and fear. The boy walked out the Citadel’s front gates, looking up at the support beams of the bridge. I wonder what the view is like from up there.

- Acchilleus - Something has happened. "Excuse me for one more moment," addressed Acchilleus, giving a glance at the chief of police, and their bi- assistant. He quickly tried to calm himself down as he was scowling, and evidently frustrated stepping well a way from anyone else, he started to call them. He watched the phone ring for a few moments. This is a mind game. They think they can confront me over texting, but I will not be played like that. The very notion that I'm not going to subdue to their standards, shows power. And if they dare say something has happened and they may need out. It shows they're indecisive, worried. Let's change that. The phone picked up. I counted ten seconds. Ten seconds for them to have the bravery to accept my call. "What's changed?" "Someone- someone here at The Citadel knows-" started the voice on the other end. "How?" questioned Acchilleus sharply. "They can read minds. I didn't know, I swear I didn't. But I just think I might need to lay low and plan this-" "No, instead of telling me what you think you know. I will tell you what, I know you know. You are to message Lilly Jones. Luke Jones is now probably dead, or captured. James Witt is going to be next. Text Lilly, and tell her to arrive near the docks, like we planned. Unless you also want your head added to the chopping block, the Vipers can get a bit blood thirsty and accidents can happen," informed Acchilleus. He waited for a few moments. Baited breath. There was nothing, just silence. They didn't reply and Acchilleus took advantage. "Do you understand family?" "Family is the reason I'm doing all of this." "That wasn't my question. But I suppose I'll have to teach you. See, family is important. Family is what matters in the end. And your family is very important to the right people. We both know that. So it would be a shame if they found themselves in the hand of those people, wouldn't it?" asked Acchilleus, almost laughing at how much fun he had, toying with the person on the other end. "What? I don't-" "Your brother would be first. See that he doesn't die from your asinine decisions. You now work for me, whether you like it or not. Consider yourself now unpaid. For years, your family has been political allies in Heartania, crawling up and sucking the cock of the next famous person to the next, trying to scramble their way up in the world. I won't forget how they met my parents. Did you think I had forgotten?" exclaimed Acchilleus, still smiling yet anger still building up within them, at the situation. "I-" "Of course not. Anyway, it would be a shame to see them find themselves going to waste. If you don't give me the sufficient information I need, if you get caught or if I find out you're handing information out to Broker's side. Well, I guess you could kiss that family and your protection aside. Understand?" Acchilleus was starting to make his way over back to Monica, ready to have what he said next, heard, to hopefully dismiss suspicion if they had seen his scowling. "Yes." "Wonderful! Well it was nice chatting to you! Well I hope you're fine with your errands, and say hi to the family for me, I'm sure I'll be able to visit soon. Have a good day, okay? Bye." Acchilleus hung up the phone, he could almost picture the fear the person hand on the other end and he smiled facing Monica. "Sorry about that, it might not be urgent business but talking to close friends who've supported me for a long time is really important. What were we talking about?"
