- La Mirage - Jade went through the different actions she could take. Eavesdropping, snooping around or even asking Wild Card for the security footage from a couple of days ago were the easiest ways to get information, given that Scarlett might have been there the night she disappeared. Having Michael with her as backup, though dressed as the Zap, meant one less thing to worry about. She kept on pondering as the car drove over to Full House Casino, explaining to Michael the few ideas she had in mind. As they stopped, she reached her conclusion. “Okay, here’s what I’ll do-“ she pulled out her phone and made Michael’s phone number a speed dial. “I’m going in there to talk to Wild Card and ask him to have a look at the security footage, pretending to look for my sister. Meanwhile I need you to find a way to drain the power from the building in case something unexpected were to happen.” She looked out the window of the taxi before smiling reassuringly back at Michael, knowing that heading into a den of sharks weren’t the smartest idea when you were hunted by one. “If anything happens I’ll call you, and you’ll have to drain the power from the casino. If everything went fine and I’m back outside, I’ll text. Alright,” she shivered, feeling a mixture of excitement, fear and anticipation, “is that okay by you?” - Snowflake - Snow caught the keys and jumped out of the car before picking up her backpack. Great! Looks like I’m babysitting our newest recruit. With a frown she responded to Reaver, slightly upset to be left behind. “You really go all out, don’t you?” *Bzzz* Snowflake reached for the pocket of her new coat and smiled, as the caller immediately caught her attention. “Top flat, right?“ She started to walk a few steps towards the entrance of the building and answered her phone with a teasing tone. “Did you find a cool helmet?”

- The Zap - Michael patiently listened to all of her ideas. They weren't bad ideas but some of them weren't necesarily good. But her final idea, and to him the one he could enjoy most, made a bit more sense than the rest. "Well, It'll be a fun day" He grinned. "I trust you M'lady to get the job done, and maybe, even if you get outside safe and sound I'll still drain the power. Juice can't always be a bad thing, It's absolutely fine by me."

- Crimson - "Did you find a cool helmet?" "I'm sorry?" Crimson asked sarcastically, not knowing what she was talking about. Crimson had just arrived back in town and a lot had appeared to have happened. Equally, Crimson had news to share. At the same time Crimson produced a second mobile phone. With it he sent a simple text to J's Garage Bike pickup. Outside Karma C.

- The Sheriff - James watched the buildings and the people on the sidewalks blur, as he continued riding, trying to cast his mind back to some place that Luke may or may not be. Trying to remember the location of the diner, James started to head in that direction. So much had happened in such brief a time. It only seemed like yesterday when he was facing a monster that seemed to reside in this city's park, or finding himself stealing the wrong motorcycle. Or possibly the right one, for the limited amount of good it did to him. Yet James continued riding, drifting to a stop near the sidewalk as he looked around, recognizing the street but still not knowing where it was. As he turned to look down the rest of the street, the bar which he had parked in front of caught his eye. It was possible to just ask for directions, and seeing nobody else on the seemingly abandoned street, James shrugged his shoulders hoping to find somebody inside, as he turned off the ignition. He stepped off the motorcycle and took off the helmet, feeling somewhat relieved to not have his head cramped in there. He left it on the motorbike's seat and stepped into the bar, putting the keys in the pocket. What James didn't know were that the city was more dangerous now, more than ever and it only took a few moments from stepping into the bar, that someone crawled out of the shadows in the alleyway across the street and walked right to the bar, and through the door, right after James.

- The Harvester - Bang. Bang. Two gunshots rung out through the air above Heartania. That's what I was looking for. Orlando faced the direction the harsh noise had come from, and in the distance spotted the two figures collapsing on a distant rooftop. Putting his years of training to good use, he leapt across the building to get a closer look. The robot Acchileus had sent before him was laying on the ground, clearly defeated, while her opponent stood back to find a way out. I don't think so. Orlando drew a throwing knife from his coat and tossed it at the man, aiming for the soft flesh of his upper leg. Without even waiting to see if the blade met its mark, the assassin called out to his target. "Do not move a muscle, or you'll find your throat looking like that android's." he shouted, pulling out a second knife to roll between his fingers. - Ares Warbander - Ares rolled his eyes. "More training it is, then. Better get my 'sloppy technique' in order before someone else decides they want my head. I'll be right back." he gave a sarcastic wave to Bellona as he headed into the building. Inside, there was a television showing the daily news. It was strangely quiet other than the broadcast, with those few inhabitants watching keeping silent for some reason. One looked over their shoulder at Ares, shook their head, then turned back. What... what did I do this time? Standing behind the couch where the men were seated, Ares' eyes fell on the television. What he saw left him breathless. "...though authorities are unable to ascertain the identity of the perpetrator of this massacre, it can be confirmed that the several dozen victims were all among the bronze-clad warriors who raided the southern part of the city a few night ago. More information will follow as it is-" The broadcast was interrupted by a cut-away showing some woman crying about being captured or something. Apparently Ares was supposed to care who she was, but for now he couldn't take his mind of the shopping mall. I left them... I left them there to die... He turned towards the doorway. This was my fault, again. I should have been there, I should have fought with them... died with them... He stepped outside and called to his old rival once again. "Warhammer. I need my sword. I'm going out." he said, his voice croaking slightly as he fought back his anger. - Compound - Edison Mills sat in his new office in the Tower, poring over a pile of notes that covered the span of his desk. his was getting nowhere with is investigation, or with improving his formula. An old television set sat in the corner of the room, playing the news broadcast, though Edison was barely paying attention. At least, he wasn't, until a particular broadcast broke into the normal schedule. "Of course, I always knew who you were, Ms. Scott. But they didn't." Those words caught Edison's attention, and he looked at the screen to be shocked by what he saw. Starlass was being held prisoner by someone he could only assume was Marshal Maleficus himself, and she was unmasked. So now the whole city knows her real identity. That can't be good. Edison pulled out his communicator from a drawer in his desk and put it over his ear, punchin in to Argent Mind's frequency. "Sir, I know you're busy, but... Starlass has just been unmasked on live television, I think she's with Marshal Maleficus. What is it we should be doing about this?"

- La Mirage - Jade’s phone rested on her bed, blissfully unaware of the panicked man trying to get through to its owner. What would have happened if she had brought it with her? We will never know. - Snowflake - Snowflake chuckled; it seemed like he’d forgotten his own joke from earlier. “Oh, nothing~” She paused for a few seconds, waiting for Joltz to follow her, and smirked at the fact that her rival still had her number. “What’s up?” - La Mirage - Jade smiled at the Zap, reminded of how much she’d missed his mischievous nature. “Be my guest!” She gave him a brief hug before getting out of the taxi, filling herself up with emotions to make the act she was about to perform more believable. “And thanks.” The taxi door slammed shut and Jade, in her disguise, looked around the street which still had some rubble littered along the pavement. In deep thought she approached Full House Casino and smiled half-heartedly to one of the bouncers standing guard at the front entrance. I could just ask one of them to call for him, she thought as she passed by the tall men, but he might be more likely to listen to me if I approach him head on. Here goes.

- Hunter - Luke had rolled on his front, trying his best to push himself up without using his hands or arms, resisting the pain as much as he could as he found himself on his knees, and slowly rising up, staggering. As he looked around, cursing himself for landing on this roof, where every jump and move was risky. There was no way he would ever be able to make it, with both his hands broken. Looking down at them, Luke cringed as he saw the damage Kay had done. Kay. Luke's eyes widened, as he saw scattered metal on the rooftop, and a hunk of metal on the floor, not moving, not saying a word. As he slowly approached it, Luke felt hair stand on the scruff of his neck as his heart skipped a beat. His breathing was ragged as he saw the damage that had been done. He swallowed his regret, knowing that getting himself out of here was more important than feeling sorry for what he did to Kay, he knew it was him or them either way. But that didn't make it any easier. As Luke walked back, willing to see if there was some other way he could get out, whether by climbing off the roof, or something, he felt it. A sharp stinging pain that caused him to yell, as his leg buckled and he felt himself fall, trapped in a kneeling position as he inspected the pain in his right leg. A knife was lodged in his thigh, blood starting to trickle down his pants. Luke looked at the knife with gritted teeth and furrowed brow, before looking up and hearing a man from another roof threaten him. He could only look around in fear, with no options, no defense, and now with both his hands and one leg useless, Luke surely knew that there was no way of getting out of this. "Who are you?" demanded Luke, having to stop his question to grunt in pain as more blood escaped his new found wound. He tried his best not to even attempt standing up and to ignore the pain in both his leg and hands.

- Ripley Augustine - Ripley's legs dangled off the giant steel beam, his tiny body a mere dot on the beam. It was refreshing, the city was mainly calm (except for the hospital stuff that he had no clue was going on) and the fresh breeze was nice. He hummed to himself. - The Zap - Michael grinned, giving Jade the thumbs up as she went in. He decided to wait a few minutes till Jade gave the thumbs up that she was okay, and if not then he'd rush in and eat the power. Which would be fun. - Monica Johnson - Monica curled her fist into a ball. She was supressing her feelings from this morning. She had already cried so much that no longer did tears fall she just felt an empty pit in her stomach. Janice, her right hand woman, was an average woman of average height, the only peculiar thing were here eyes, being Heterochromiac. She often joked she could see the past and the future sometimes, since it was an old myth that people with those eyes could see the past and future. Which made Monica always chuckle because she could see the past in a way. They both arrived at the safe zone. They were lucky enough to have avoided people so they didn't get recognised. Monica and Janice, after searching for a while, found Acchileus overseeing some construction work. The duo walked over to them, "Acchileus! We need to talk!" - Lucielle - Lucielle yawned. She was bored, really bored and chasing about birds and hissing at other cats wasn't cutting it out for her. She lazily lay on the wall behind a family home, the family obviously enamoured by her but too afraid to approach.

- Ryder - Ryder, who had clawed his way away from the docks and towards Heartania's 'richer' district, pickpocketing businessmen along his way from alleys. He was digging through soft, gritty earth when he collided with the solid foundations of some kind of manor house. In a daze, he surfaced, only to be greeted by a large guard dog who had been chained to a post keeping him safely away from any trouble. Knowing the hound could not reach him, Ryder taunted it as he climbed out of the ground, filling the tunnel behind him. He jerked his head around though when he picked up a familiar potent scent. He followed round a corner of the house, ignoring whether its residents had detected him or not and found Lucielle atop a wall. "Oh, hey." He called, waving a clawed hand.

- Acchilleus - Ah, I was wondering when she would finally show up. I can sense that's chief of police, and someone walking besides her. Mostly likely their bitch. I did tell you that everyone needs one. It's just that the type of people who have one and normally lose theirs, are those who start playing the game. Acchilleus muttered to three of the remaining Viper Guards who all nodded before quickly getting into the van and driving off. He slowly turned around, coming face to face with Monica and their bitch, presumably. Although it could be family. Not that it makes much of a difference, usually it makes things easier. It's so much better and rewarding to use the people that love you, they usually have a better sense of loyalty. Let's hope she picked currently. "To what do I owe the pleasure?" greeted Acchilleus, a hint of sarcasm in his voice as he looked at the two women. Both of whom he could barely bring himself to respect. One, he didn't recognize but seemed to saunter and stand there, no reason for Acchilleus' time. The other rude, and not a trustful ally but a powerful one at that. That's the only reason, I'm forcing myself to smile. The chief of police, ladies and gentleman and a good one from what I've heard. So good that she managed to handle the riots. Well aside from the councillors and people dying, but we can just blame that on the supers.

- Monica Johnson - Monica scowled. She picked up on his sarcasm, something she really didn't appreciate right about now. "We need a meeting. And, I'd like to introduce you to my second in command Janice Ashlyn" As her name was mentioned Janice extended her hand, "Hello, Nice to meet you Mister Acchileus, Monica has told me all about you.". - Lucielle - Lucielle looked down, the familiar scent raided her nose. She looked down to Ryder, "Hello again. What are you doing here?".

- The Queen of Hearts - Beat. "Scarlet." she spat, "And I'm going to be needing 800,000 dollars and a helicopter." Alice smiled, awaiting 'Michelle''s reaction to such ludicrous demands. Everything was going according to plan. - Crimson - "I've been... uh... home to check up this 'Damian Drake'. Turns out he was wrapped up in some old contract of mine. I got hired to 'liberate' and the put down a bunch of brainwashed, zombified, kid supers some old man had fucked with. I killed the guy and this kid got the wrong idea; though this bastard was trying to save him, keep him off the streets." Crimson looked down to his feet. As awful as he was he couldn't help but pity the boy. This could have all been prevented.

- Acchilleus - "Pleasure to meet you," Acchilleus smiled as he shook Janice's hand, before he glanced over towards those who were currently cleaning out and working on the apartment building, among others. "As you can see, I don't really believe we could have a meeting inside. But we can always walk while we talk. What did you want to discuss?" Acchilleus began walking, expecting Monica and the newly acquainted Janice to follow. He find himself already resisting the urge to sigh, hoping that Monica wouldn't come to complain about anything morally troubling, or requesting for more money or security or anything. But it wasn't like Monica, to be the type of person, that would have came to Acchilleus out of the good of her own heart, so Acchilleus just had to hope that at best, he was expecting her to suggest something, whether it's something to aid him, he would have to determine that for himself. Monica seemed intelligent, so he he could only go with the hope that Monica and Janice didn't disappoint him.

- The Chaser - The woman, this Scarlet, seemed to be here with a plan, 800,000 and a way out. A helicopter wouldn't get anyone anywhere, the Citadel and the UN had air superiority and would drop it as soon as it took off. The female wasn't an idiot, she went to the top floor to take hostages for goodness sake... ...and so Claudia said, "you and I know that you wouldn't last five on a helicopter. You seem confident and smart, fifth floor and was ready for anyone coming in here judging by your actions." Her hands lowered a little further, trying to make it more casual. "Why don't you tell me more about yourself, Scarlet? Family? Friends? Childhood?" - The Broker - The phone rang for a few seconds being eventually turning into an answer phone message. He hung up quickly, time was of the essence, and when Jade knew he called she would likely ring him back. He needed someone who is close to Grace Scott...someone he could trust. He took a deep breath and dialed a number, it answered immediately. "Hey can you put Argent Mind on the line please?"
